Car ride

  The next morning, my phone started buzzing, I looked at the caller i'd Cam, I answered it "come on, I'm outside hurry up" he said down the other side of the phone. I hung up and got up to get dressed I put on some black leggings, black crop top, green army jacket and timberland. I picked up my phone put it in my pocket and put some last minute gadgets in my bag, I carried them down the stairs and outside to see Cam in a shogun truck, I threw my bags, tent, sleeping bag and coat in the back and jumped in the passenger seat. I strapped my self in and we pulled out my drive, we got to the lights when Cam said "Jane and Jay are going in a tent together, Ellies going on her own so that leaves me and you together" he said, awkwardly. I turned to him, "nothings gonna happen though so why you being so awkward?" I asked, "oh sorry I forgot that I hypnotized you to forget about our make out session" he said not taking his eyes off the road. "Even if you tried you wouldn't be able to, it was too good" I snapped back, he didn't say anything so I didn't. We were sat in silence for two hours after that until I got a phone call from Ellie saying they'd stopped off to get food because there was loads of traffic. Cam heard this and said "where you want to eat?" "anywhere" I replied still a bit niffed off, he pulled into a service station where there was a McDonalds, he leant towards me and kissed me on the cheek. He got out the car and came back 10 minutes later with food, I hadn't moved I was being stubborn still. He got in the car and handed me a chicken legend with fries and a strawberry milkshake, my favourite, how did he know? Before I started eating, I asked Cam "so what's going to happen with u-us?" "Well, if we date that would be awkward, you don't want to sneak around so nothing?" he questioned back. I took a bite into my burger and didn't reply, he was right dating would be weird but I never said no to sneaking around. I'd finished eating and so had he so we set off again, I was texting my cousin Dylan he was my best 'best friend' he told me loads about boys and dating them because after all he was gay. He always gave me relationship advice and I needed it now, I told him everything and all he could say was it was up to me. Great, just great! So help full, not!
