WTF?

We arrived at Cams to see the door wide open and Ellie sat on the step. What was wrong? Cam jumped out the car after he turned the engine off and ran straight over to Ellie. I grabbed my bag and got out the car, I followed Cam over to Ellie. "What's going on?" Cam asked panicked knelt down next to Ellie. I knelt down next to her, slightly behind Cam, I put my hands on his shoulder. "He- he was here" she muttered under her breath. "Who was Ellie, who?" Cam asked her, "Ch-Chase" she stuttered again and again until Cam stood up furious. "He was here? Did he touch you?" Cam shouted, pacing back and forth. "I don't know and no he didn't touch me" Ellie replied to Cam. "Who's chase?" I asked sitting next to Ellie on the step, "my idiot brother" Cam shouted, I looked at Ellie, "did he do anything?" I whispered to Ellie. She shook her head over and over again then I saw her wrist, there was a hand bruise on it. I looked up at her, "how did that happen then?" I asked in a really, really quite voice. She looked up at me and looked down again, "so it was him?" I asked again, she nodded. "Come on lets put you to bed" I said helping her up. We walked up stairs to her room, I got her favourite pyjamas out and handed them to her. "Get changed, I'll bring you a drink up later" I said closing the door behind me. I went down the stairs to see Cam still pacing back and forth, I walked over to him and wrapped my arms around him. I put my head on his shoulder and breathed in, he wrapped his arms around me. "He hurt her Cam, he bruised her wrist" I sighed, "I know, I saw it" he sighed back "and I wanna kill him for it but violence won't solve this. I'm going to go back to the mental health unit when I know Ellies okay." I sighed once again, "I love you Amy" Cam said with his head on my shoulder, "I love you too Cam" I replied straight away. He lifted his head up from my shoulder and placed his hand on my cheek, I lifted my head up. He looked straight into my eyes and then kissed me.
