Ring ring ring
I picked up the phone. Alex was taking a nap.
"Hello?"
"Johnnie?" It was my mom.
"Hi mom."
"Oh Johnnie! Good its you! I want you to know that you have to move back to Phoenix, Arizona your father and I spilt up and your coming with and not staying with your father."
"But I dont wanna go with you...Im staying here with my fiancée. Im not leav-"
"Fiancée? Johnnie your almost 20 years old. You should NOT being getting married. How old is this girl? Who is she!?"
"Shes 19 and its Alex from when we lived in Phoenix a while ago."
"Oh well in that case....too bad. I never liked her anyway. Anyways you have 48 hours to decide....come home yourself or I come and make you. And remember, Mother knows best."
I hung up. My crying made Alex wake up.
"You ok?"
"No...." She hugged me and I cried on her shoulder.
