"This is Goldie," Freddy said, trying to introduce Goldie to Chica. So far, Goldie was not good with meeting the others.

With Bonnie, she had stood, frozen, staring at what she later called, "The Big Purple Ears." Freddy had laughed, and she had blushed. With Foxy, she had examined his hook, then demanded his treasure. Fighting words for a pirate. Now, onto Chica.

"Hi," Goldie said, smiling. She seemed unsure, and even Chica could tell that much.

"Want some pizza? Or, maybe just a joke from Cupcake?" Chica said, holding up her little cupcake in her palm.

"Oh, cool! However, I need to meet one more, whats his name, Freddy?" Goldie asked, turning her attention to Freddy. He smiled, but he was worried that Goldie would freak if she knew the truth about the last one.

"Only the Marionette left, Goldie." Freddy said, watching Chica. He watched as she winced, happy Goldie was looking to him, and not her.

"Lets go see this, 'Marionette,' and see what he's like!" Goldie smiled, and started walking away.

"Wrong way," Freddy called out.

"Knew that!" Goldie said, turning around. "Just seeing if you knew it!"

Freddy laughed out loud, which caused Chica to stare. Freddy didn't laugh that much, and when he did, something was either really good, or really bad. They left, and Chica smiled, knowing what was happening, even before Freddy did.

"Puppet Master?" Freddy called, asking into the darkness of the Marionette's room.

"I'm here, Freddy. Who else have you brought into the Play Room?" The Puppet said, floating out of his box.

"Here," Freddy paused. "Is Goldie."

"Oh!" Puppet said, seeming happy, even passed his pre-made smile. "How splendid! Freddy here spoke highly of you after you first spoke to him."

"Great," Goldie said, but she was thinking. Something the Puppet had said seemed to have been said to Goldie before."

"Mate! It's about six, and tomorrow's an acting day! Yee first day, Goldie. Yee do fine! Places," Foxy yelled, going to his cove.

"Where do I go, Freddy?" Goldie asked, looking him in the eyes, confused.

"Go with Foxy. After tomorrow, we'll find something." Freddy said, looking her in the eyes.

"Oh, Freddy!" Goldie called, before disappearing into the cove. He turned, looking at her. "Thank you, for helping me."

"You're welcome." Freddy said, and they all shut off, just as Pirate's Cove's curtain was closed behind Goldie.

The day went on, and Goldie could hear something outside the curtains, but she couldn't tell what. Then, she heard a name.

"Ashley..." She froze. Why was that familiar? "She worked the night... We told... Mrs. Schmi... Be careful! What about Mi..? No, not..! I won't..." There were four different voices. Two were familiar, but the others, they were completely random.

"Foxy..." Goldie whispered, leaning over just enough to whisper into his ear.

"What be it, my Lady?" Foxy whispered back.

"What's going on out there?"

"Mm... They be talking about the Night Guard. She be gone these past few days." Foxy murmured, not knowing what to say.

"Hm," Goldie grunted, listening. Suddenly, she heard them leave. Then, squeals of happiness filled the air, and Freddy's voice boomed out from in front of the curtain.

"Well, hello there! Nice to see all of the kind faces..." Goldie tuned out, wanting to think. While Foxy went to the front to see what was going on, Goldie went to the back, and huddled into a ball. Trying to block out the noise, she began to try and backtrack throughout the past few days.

She had woken up to meet everyone last night. The night before that, Freddy had explained that was her first "awakening," whatever that was. But before that, she could hardly put a memory together. However, one name was present. The people outside had nearly said it loud enough for her to hear it in its entirety.

"Mike," Goldie murmured, not loud enough for Foxy to even hear, but enough for her own ears to pick it up. She tried to scrape something up about Mike, but she couldn't get a good hold on anything.

"Hey, Golden," Foxy hissed, trying to get her attention. He froze. He realized his naming mistake. "Come on, Goldie, you've been huddled up like that all day. It's 5, lets go play!" Foxy smiled, then he jumped out from behind his curtains, into the shadows.

"Well, you're not waiting," Goldie laughed quietly, but she could feel something at the edge of her mind. But, she didn't know what was so important about her joke. She went to see if Freddy was activated, but he was still shut off. She sighed. "Freddy," She whispered, not knowing what was wrong, wanting his affection.

"Goldie! Hi," Freddy's voice boomed, surprised.

"You're awake," Goldie said, and once again, something was nagging at the back of her mind, gnawing at it like a dog on a bone.

"Well, of course. What's wrong?" Freddy asked, still slightly dazed at being awoken on the first night.

"I feel like I should know something, but I'm confused. All I can remember from before my first "awakening," is a boy's name, Mike, or Mikey. Do you know who that is?" Goldie asked, her eyes going down, suddenly afraid of the answer.

"Do you want to know?" Freddy asked, coming off the stage, and standing next to Goldie. He put his hand on her shoulder, simply for support.

"I don't know... That's the problem!" Goldie said, and she hugged Freddy, freezing him into place for a second. After realizing that she had hugged him, he returned it. He felt her shake, and knew that she would be crying, if she could. He had done so many times, in the beginning, before being made into the leader.

"Shh, shhh. It'll be alright." Freddy said, slowly stroking her back. He stood there, until right before six. "Goldie, I need you to hide for another day. I don't know how long this will last, but as soon as possible, I'll put you somewhere. I promise." Freddy squeezed her, and walked her over to the curtains.

"Thank you, Freddy." Goldie whispered, curling into a ball-ish form at the back of Pirate Cove.

"See you tomorrow, Goldie." Freddy said, and he shut off right after closing the curtain, but a thought had invaded his mind, sent from the Puppet.

Don't you dare make her remember. Don't you dare fall for her! The plan is simple! She falls for you, she sacrifices herself for you. Simple!
