I was more than broken when you found me
I didn't noticed but you've been trying to let me see
The bright lights overshadowed by darkness
Caused by heart break and insecurity

I disallowed you in my life but you are persistent
Patient and positive even though oftentimes
I am wasted!
Fed up with love, life and totally blinded
Trapped in a shallow alley with a warning sign: "Dead End!"

The nights were spent with horrible nightmares
It shook me awake crying, almost breathless
So I prefer a morning hangover with blurry memory
At least I won't have to deal with mg insanity

Now that you have discovered my flaws
Can you still say that it's me you like the most?
If so, then please stay and never leave
