The Youtube Hit

Jelisse's POV:

It was about a month after the one direction twitter competition. me and yelines made up shortly after the little argument we had. we're still best friends. Anyways, we had started the youtube channel a week after they announced the winner for the tweet thingy. Our latest post was me, yelines, briana, my friend carolina(caro for short), and briana's friend chloe-we were doing a cover of...live while we're young by one direction.

i was sitting on my bed when i decided to check to see if we had alot of hits on the video. sure enough we did. 200 hits! a lot of you might think:oh thats not a lot-but to us its a big deal! but more impotantly- i almost fainted at something that i never thought would happen!

Yelines' POV:

*ring ring*

i looked over at my phone to see who was calling me.

Jelisse.

i answered.

"hey." i said.

"GET OVER HERE NOW!" i heard the other line yell. then she hung up. i guess it was really impotant or something so i ran over. through the grass,in the door, and up the stairs. i didn't even bother to knock or even say hi to her mom. i never do knock though, but i alwasy say hi to her mom. but this time was different i knew there was something up-whether it was good or bad, i had to find out!

i ran in Jelisse's room. i saw her chugging down a bottle of water. she looked at me and motioned for me to come over and sit across from her on her bed. so i did.

"what's up?" i said trying to catch my breathe.

"look!" she shoved her computer in my face. i grabbed it and looked.

"OH!MY!GOD!" I yelled in her face.

"1- million-subsrcribers?!" i said gasping for air.

"i know right!" she yelled right back at me.

Briana's POV:

i called jelisse on skype, i had major news to tell her.

she answered right away! she was with Yelines. they we're gasping for air.

"hey, did you guys here-" i was interrupted by chloe running in my room. i guess she saw i was on skype with jelisse and yelines. she ran to my bed and said-

"did ya guys here?"

then we were interrupted by caro. she joined the skype call.

"did you guys here?"

"i think we all know where this is going right?" jelisse said while smiling from ear to ear.

"ONE MILLION SUBSCRIBERS!" we all said at the same time!

we all started talking at the same time saying stuff like:

"yeah!"

"isn't it awesome?"

"i cant believe this is happeneing"

this is my dream!"

"im so happy right now!"

we all calmed down.

i noticed jelisse looking down at her phone.

i ignored her. until-

"oh my God!"

she scared us so bad, especially me- i almost peed.

"what?" caro and i said at the same time.

" i just clicked refresh on youtube, and now we have 3 million subscribers!" she said while looking back and forth from her phone to us.

"what?" we all said in shock!

"you guys, we are an internet sensation!" i said looking at all of them.

there was a long, awkward silence- it was so quiet we could here a pin drop. the silence was broken by Jelisse's phone ringing.

"unknown number." she said.

she answered.

"uhhh... hello?"

we all shut up and tried to hear the other line. but all we could hear was eachother breathing and jelisse talking.

"really?"

"you did?"

"i dont know."

"thats really far from where we live."

"what about are parents?"

"ok."

"ill check it now."

"ten tickets?"

"print them!?"

"first class?!"

"OH!Ok!OK!We Will be there!"

"thankyou."

"bye!"

"who was it?" i asked.

Jelisse's POV:

"that was this guy named frankie johnson. he wants us to have a meeting with him in L.A. next week. he sent to my email ten first class tickets so we can go. he saw us on youtube and he said we have star quality and we could be popstars!here i will send you each two airplane tickets so you can decide on bring a parent." i said to them.

after i emailed the tickets to all of them. they said at the same time"FIRST CLASS???!!!" I WAS AS SHOCKED AS THEM. THATS PRETTY AMAZING.

i hung up the call and yelines went home to talk to her mom.

i ran downstairs to talk to my mom. i told her we could only bring one parent. but she was more excited about it than me! she said yes right away!

this is going to be the best thing of our lives!
