Peyton! Come on you're gonna be late for school and you're gonna get me late for work!
Kenny complained as he put his coffee mug on the kitchen counter, waiting on Peyton and not even taking time, Peyton came running down to the kitchen as she continued zipping her backpack.
PEYTON
Why are you only shouting at me? What about Denim and Diezel?
KENNY
Toni's driving them to school-
PEYTON AND TONI
She is?
Peyton and Toni asked in confusion as Toni put her coffee on the counter as she looked at Kenny in surprise.
TONI
Uhm, baby please go upstairs and tell you brothers to hurry up.
PEYTON
Okay.
Peyton happily nodded as she ran up the stairs.
TONI
No-
PEYTON
I'm just trying to speed things up!
Peyton cut Toni as she continued running up the stairs. Toni slowly got up from the kitchen stool as she walked towards Kenny.
TONI
So. I'm driving Denim and Diezel to school huh?
KENNY
Yeah, I mean they're your sons right?
TONI
*blank stare*
KENNY
PEYTON!
PEYTON
Coming daddy!
Peyton and Kenny left the house as Toni still stood there staring atthe wall. Denim and Diezel finally came down, they were surprised that Kenny left them because they're used to Kenny driving them to school and Toni fetching them afterschool ,but the boys didn't bother to ask cause they could already sense what was going on.

TONI'S P.O.V
I stood there against the the kitchen counter, holding a wine glass on my right hand which contained tap water, as the words that Kenny said to me in the morning ran across my mind..."They're your sons right?"... Why would he say that? Since when are they my sons and not ours? I asked myself those questions as another voice ran across my mind,but this time it was saying samething different... "He's not your son!This is my son and I'll make the decisions about him on my own!" ...I throw my head back as I remembered about last night. Shit! I say to myself as I heard footsteps coming towards the kitchen.
Kenny walked in the kitchen as he looked at Toni.Toni sighed as she spoke.
TONI
This is about last night isn't it?
KENNY
What?
TONI
What you said to me in the morning. Leaving Den & Diez behind because of what I said last night.
KENNY
Maybe. Maybe not.
Kenny said as he took a bottle of water from the fridge.
TONI
Look Kenny I'm sorry about last night okay, I didn't-
KENNY
Toni this isn't only about last night, it's about you learning how to control what you say.
TONI
Excuse me?
Toni said as she looked at Kenny confused.
KENNY
I've held up with your attitude for far too long. I'm tired of you getting to say anything you want and then act like nothing happened the next day,Toni I'm your husband, and there's a time and place were you need to tone down your attitude.
Kenny seriously said as Toni just stared at him as she sucked her teeth.
KENNY
You know for a person who's been married for at least 2 years you surely have trust issues-
TONI

KENNY
Hey hey *getting closer to Toni* Toni you're not single anymore, I'm here to take care of you, Denim,Diezel and Peyton so Amma need you to trust me, okay.
Kenny assured Toni as he held her face in his hands, looking straight in her eyes.
TONI
I guess.
Toni smirked as she shrug her shoulders,with tears running down her face.
KENNY
I love you. And I want you to always remember that.
Kenny leaned in as he sucked Toni's bottom lip asking for entrence, which she obviously gave away as their lips moved slowly in a soulful motion.
TONI
Let's go and fetch our kids.
Toni mubbled in the kiss.
