---------- two months later ----------
We were at her favorite baseball teams last home game, the cardinals. Right before the game started I had a talk with some of the players. Being friends with the first base man helped me do that. I payed each of them $50, went back to my seat, and watched the game with my girlfriend and our package.
Right at the beginning of the ninth inning, with the cardinals in the lead, the first base man and pitcher came out on the feild holding a sign saying "Jade, will you marry me?" She started crying and said "Of course!" I slipped the ring on her finger and we kissed in front of everybody with the big screen on us and everybody cheering. And to top it off, the cardinals won.
When we got home, we sat down on the couch, snuggled, and watched Narnia, her favorite movie series. We were so happy we couldn't sleep so we sat there, just cuddling. And it was great.
