Celebrate

"I get it, you gotta celebrate that." Norman replied with a smile on his face. I felt like I had died and gone to heaven, Norman had his eyes on me, my face felt warm and I knew I was blushing. "Maybe we could get a drink sometime, to celebrate." Norman said with his eyes still glued to me. My heart was beating so fast, I felt like it was gonna explode. "You should come celebrate with us tonight., Norman." Nick said as he broke the silence. I looked at Nick with a nervous look on my face. "Sure, meet me at The Red Baron tonight at 9:00pm." Norman said with a smirk on his face. I was so happy and excited, Norman Reedus of all people, wanted to get a drink with me. Norman paid for his coffee and glanced over at me again, "See ya later." He said before walking out the door. Nick quickly looked over at me without hesitation, "You are so smitten!" He said while laughing. I smiled and my face turned red, "that was so intense." I said while laughing. "Norman comes in here 2 times a week for coffee." Nick said. "Thank god I woke here." I said while letting out a small laugh.

It was already 5:00pm, Nick flipped the sign to closed and cleaned up before we exited the cafe and locking the door. We walked to our apartment building and took the elevator up to our floor and began walking to our front doors. Before I walked inside my apartment, Nick looked at me, "Wear something nice." He said while winking at me before walking inside his apartment and closing the door behind him.

I then walked through my front door and shut it behind me. I could feel butterflies in my stomach, I was excited to see Norman again, I felt sick to my stomach, but in a good way. I quickly walked in my bedroom and dug through my closet and found a nice strapless blue cocktail dress and black heels. I got dressed, fixed my hair and makeup. I slid my heels and black leather jacket on, I looked at my phone to see it was already 8:00pm. I was so nervous, no matter how much I fiddled with my hair, I felt like I wasn't pretty enough, especially since I was trying to impress Norman Reedus.

I let out a big sigh and heard a knock at my door. I walked to my door and opened it, knowing it was probably Nick. I saw Nick standing there with a grin on his face. "Wow, look at you all dolled up!" He said with enthusiasum and I let out a small laugh. We made our way down and out the door and walked down the sidewalk. I noticed Nick smiling like crazy, "You okay?" I asked him. "I'm great." He said while still smiling. We finally walked inside the bar and I looked up to see my two favorite people in the world as I smiled like crazy when I realized it was my best friend Brittney and Danny. "Get the fuck out!" I shouted as I hugged them both. "I thought you guys were away for college, what are you doing here?" I asked with excitment. "All Nick's idea baby girl." Danny said with a smirk on his face and motioning towards Nick. "Thank you so much Nick." i said while hugging him. "We're here for acouple weeks to hangout." Brittney said. I smiled, today was getting beter and better.
