Fiesta Texas

Last year, on May 9th band had gone to Fiesta Texas as a reward, at the end of the school year. We all had to get into groups of 3 or more, just in case for safety reasons. So for our group, there was 4 of us. It was me, Braulio, Felizidi, and Taylor. The whole day it was amazing, we got on rides, messed around with each other, and since it rain a little that way. All of us, were going to the puddles and splashing each other with the nasty water. But we didn't care, it was worth it anyways. As we were heading towards the Superman area, it had started to light drizzle on us again. We all started laughing, while getting coverd in the rain. It was so convient that we heard Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars being played. While Felizidi and Taylor went underneath the booths to get out of the rain, me and Braulio continued to goof off and dance in the rain. Not even caring, if people were staring at the both of us. I'm pretty sure this is going to sound cheesy, but it felt like everyone and everything around us had stopped. All that was happening was just me and him, smiling and laughing as loud as we could not bothering to notice anyone but each other. Bringing us back to reality, we noticed the rain starting to come down harder. Since the rides were all closed off, due to all the rain. We decided to go to the bumper cars, wait for the rain to clear up, and the rides to be set back on again. However, the thing was me and Felizidi had wanted to get on the Sky Screamer. It was just that Braulio and Taylor had never gotten on it before, and were nervous to get on it.

"Guys, lets all wait in line to get on the Sky Screamer!!" I had told the other 3, just as we all saw it appear in front of our faces.

"I don't know Teresa lets just get on the bumper cars, the line seems shorter than here." Taylor had responded back to me.

"She does have a point, also I'm not so sure about it, I've never been on there before." Braulio added as we continued to walk past it.

"Oh aww ok, at least I tried. Hmmm, I wonder what Felizidi wants to do." I had thought to myself as we got in line.

"Felizidi!?!?! What about you? What did you want to do?"

"Actually, I had wanted to get on the Sky Screamer also." Felizidi had told us.

Before any of us could have enough time to respond back to her, she took of running. At first all of us was in to much shock, to do anything. What was she doing???? Not even a second later, the first thing that had popped up in my head, was that she was going to the Sky Screamer. Me being the fabulous wifey I am, took of running after her to make sure she was safe. Less than 30 seconds, they we were in line, that was surprisingly shorter than we thought.

"Chica are you crazy!?!?!" I told Felizidi, as I started laughing.

"Hey!!! It was worth it we both get to get on the ride!" She responded back, laughing just as much.

"True true, this is why I love you so much wifey."

"Awww I love you too wifey hahaha" She said as we both shared a small hug.

As we were about to get on the ride, we heard Braulio and Taylor calling us.

"Teresa!!! Let me hold your bag, while you get on the ride!" Braulio said, while running over to us.

Giving him my bag, "Thank you!" I was pretty sure I was blushing like crazy.

Our group was next, and me and Felizidi ran to a pair of swings. The swings were slightly moving back and forward, as the machine lifted us up in the air. Gazing around to see the whole view of the amusement park, there was a amazing light breeze, that made it even more beautiful. Tapping Felizidi's shoulder, and motioning her to see what I was pointing at. Pointing down at the ground, that felt like it was extremely far away. There we saw Braulio and Taylor, looking back up at us smiling and waving like crazy.

"Awww, if only Braulio was here sitting next to me, enjoying this amazing view." I spoke to myself, as a frown appeared on my face.

After we finished our ride, we went to where they were waiting for us. Braulio had handed me my bag back, with a smile on his face. I couldn't help, but just fangirl on the inside. Opening up my bag, I notice we only had less than 10 minutes left.

"Ok guys, we have time for about only one ride left." I told them a little upset, since the whole day went by so fast.

After about 2 minutes, we had all came to a conclusion and picked our final ride. Before we got it, we checked if anyone needed to get water or do whatever they needed. And well Braulio being the loser he is, he left real quick, so the rest of left to the last attraction. Thinking, he knew we were meeting him there. We were about to get in the cart, until we notice Braulio looking around for us. He didn't see us, so he had took off to the entrance. My automatic reaction, was of course was to chase after him. Catching up to him just in time, I punched his back laughing like crazy. He's so smart, I couldn't believe I ran because that's the thing I don't run.

On the bus ride back to Nimitz, we were sitting together just messing around. Until I stole his hat for a second, putting it on my hat. He then took his hat off my head, only to take mine of and put it on his head. I put his hat back on, and I couldn't help but fangirl on the inside. Not only that, he also took a selfie of us. Yeah it all seems so simple and everything, but it was perfect. 💙
