-Aphmau POV-
"Aaron... are you... Shads..." I hesitated. "Yes, I am Shad the Destroyers son... I am also the sun of the Shadow Lord. Yes, he's evil... but me... no... I have all good intentions." I started tearing up, I cant believe he was so cool with admitting that. "Aaron..." I said as I hugged him tightly, "Thank you for the truth...I-I trust you..." tears slowly drift out of my eyes down my cheeks. "Anything for you and your trust." He says wiping my tears away with his thumbs. "Aphmau?" I look up at him. "Yes Aaron?" I ask releasing my hold on him. "Aphmau...I...I l... I love you Aphmau." He said slowly, "You... your the only person that's made me laugh... that's made me actually smile. You've even managed to mend my beaten and broken heart. We could be like Yin and Yang... the perfect clash... the good in evil, and the evil in good. You've brought out a side of me I didn't even know existed... yet you managed to find it. Aphmau... you've made my crooked halo straiten. I dont expect you to return these feelings... I just want you to know that you've changed me... and that I love you." I stayed silent in astonishment... 'He had all of that passion, lust, and charisma... in such a quiet person. He spoke so passionately and genuine... his words were so smooth and beautiful. I dont know what to think... he's always been there... I dont know... Aaron.' I thought to myself. "whoa..." was all I managed to say. He smirked and said, "Lets head out, you head to bed. I'll get ready for my watch..." I stayed silent and walked out and laid in the bed not saying a word. "Aaron... what did you do to Aph?" Katelyn asked warily. "Nothing really..." He said as my face heated up, but it was to dark for anyone to notice... thankfully. "Are y--" Aaron cut Katelyn off by saying, "I only confessed my feelings..." "YOU WHAT?!" Both Laurence and Katelyn yell. "Guys c'mon and just sleep..." I say. "Ugh! Yes mom..." Katelyn and Laurence say in childish tone, I giggle and drift to sleep.
