It's 11:00 pm on September 9th, Sofía's birthday . . . .
Sofía stops running, she jumps at the swaying trees inside the park. She looks around and sees some dirty trash, benches covered in bird poop and not to mention the mosquitoes buzzing all around her. Sofía looks up to see a dark sky, all senses alert. It must be 11 o'clock now, happy birthday to me! She thought Sofía starts running again and she can hear the man closing in on her, she looks back and sees him only feet behind her. He was on Sofía's trail, but Sofía loves Juan too much to let him get taken along with his family. When she couldn't run anymore she put the Juan down inside a box near the street, kisses him and she finds it in her to run longer. When she's away from the baby she stops running and turns to see the man looking down on her.
"You can run fast like so but I'll find your baby and raise him as my own" the man grunted.
Sofía was too sad, knowing who the man was to say anything so she stood there taking a long breath and smiles. She could smell the pizza and cake from the shop next to the park, then she was gone just like that! The man is puzzled, he was thinking about where Sofía went but then he hears people nearby and he takes off without any trace whatsoever...
11:30pm
Long after he leaves, Juan starts to cry. He cries for a little, then he gets up and climbs out of the box, walks out of the park into the busy street as a speeding car approaches. Until the driver stops just in the nick of time to save Juan. The driver with the long coat, gets out of his Cadillac then picks Juan up. Juan cries as the mysterious driver puts him in the car not knowing what to do. The police station is only half a mile away from the park. He races towards the police station. Juan bounces as the seat belt hits him on the leg, hands and hangs on the side of him. The driver's pink, coat flutters behind. The driver makes a very sharp turn to avoid a red light and out the window goes Juan. As Juan sits in the middle of the street, the mystery driver heads towards the police station planning to turn the baby in. Juan gets up and walks over to a building complex next to the street. Then he sees a dumpster with a dirty worn out box right beside it. Wobbling over to it Juan gets in it to take a nap, only not to be as peaceful as he needed to be.
