I was walking around the mall when a running guy bumps into me. I look up at him and take in his image. He has brown hair, brown eyes, tan skin, and muscular arms. It's my old best friend Calum.
"I'm so sorry"
"Um it's ok"
He extends a hand to help me up. I grab his hand and get up.
"What's your name?"
"Mariah"
"Hi Mariah i'm Calum"
"Hi Calum"
"Nice to meet you Mariah"
"Nice to meet you too Calum"
"I got to go but here's my number" he winks then hands me small paper and walks away.
I pull out my phone and add his contact. I put his contact name as 'Calum🙊'
Unknown- Hey Calum it's Mariah from the mall.
Calum🙊- Oh hey Mariah.
Mariah😍- Wyd?
Calum🙊- Nm hbu babe?
Mariah😍- Babe? And same
Calum🙊- Yeah Babe
Calum🙊- My friend called me up I'll be back. Talk later ok?
Mariah😍- Ok
He doesn't remember me I guess I'll act like we're strangers. But him calling me babe gave me this weird feeling. My stomach felt like it had butterflies.
