Ch. 3

He just garbs my arm, I wait for him to do something. His eyes are looking strait into mine. I thought about why he is like this, he isn't with the girl he likes, right? Oh wait h-he- , I snap out of my thoughts. I looked at him, as I realised, he did love me back!
"D-Dan." I looked at him, my feelings made me look at him his face looking like he wasn't sure if he should do this. I blush as Dan pulled me closer to his face. We were only centimeters away from eachothers lips, until Dan's phone rang. We seperated quickly, and Dan let go of my arm.
"It is Phil and I know it." Dan said before he took out his phone. He nodded, he looked at his phone and picked it up. "Hey Phil!" Said Dan in a nervous voice. I, still blushing, just sat there shocked at what was about to happen.
"Oh, s-sure Phil. We can come over, yet we have to do something before we go." Said Dan in response. Dan nods after phil speaks. Dan hangs up after saying bye and puts his phone away.
"What did he invite us to?" I ask Dan. "A pool party, some of my friends I need you to meet will be there....and it is tonight." Dan said smiling at me. "Well, I don't really have anything to wear to that party." I say twidling with my thumbs. "Well, Hanna could help you find something. You guys are the same size." Dan said with an even bigger smile on.
"Okay, fine I'll go." I say smiling back at him, not blushing anymore. I pull out my phone and text Hanna. "Hey, Zircon chan! Emergency! Come over with your cutest swim suits, I am in need of one for the pool party tonight!" I sent her the text. I put away my phone, and I knew she would just stock up and run over here as fast as she could without a reply.
I look at Dan, he sorta seems like he doesn't know what to say. "So he told me to be there by 7:00pm. So do you want to go get starbucks after you pick something that Hanna has to offer?" Dan says standing from the couch. I nod, and he goes into his bed room. Soon later I hear a struggling knock from the door. I walk to the door and open it to see Hanna, holding five bags.
"Omg, Hanna come on in and set your stuff on the couch!" I say almost laughing. She runs to the couch and sets everything down. "Okay, how much did you bring!" I ask her. "32." Hanna says wiping sweat off her forehead. "Well, I quess we have some work to do." I say to her as I pick up a suit. She nods and points to the stairs.

"Okay Hanna! This is the last one I am putting on! I am scared of how much worse the swimsuits get! And tell me why you have a very whorey swim suit!" I yell down the stairs. I was wearing (at top) swimsuit. I begin to walk but Dan's door opens and he bumps into me.
I fall to the ground. "Oh, (Y/N) I am sorry. And u-um you l-look great in that." Dan said softly as he helped me up. He gulped after he looked at me. I blush and, not able to say anything, nod and go down the stairs. "What happened?" Hanna said as she checked over me. "Nothing, I just bumped into Dan on my way down, haha ha haa....." I said as she looks curiously at me, then stops.
"Okay! Well, do you like this one? You did say that, that was your last one!" She asked as she pulled down the bottoms so they would 'fit right'. "Um, yeah I quess, they are better than the other ones, and I like them higher then that." I said back as I puled back up the bottoms. She frowned yet seemed to except it.

>>not long after<<

I got dressed in my normal clothes again, and I sent Hanna home. She had a date with somebody. I think she was talking about her new dating game simulator. But Hanna is Hanna, once you go full Hanna, you never come back.
I told Dan I was ready and he said to wait a while so he could get ready. I played a game on my phone until I heard footsteps come from the stairs. I turned around to see Dan putting his phone in his pocket. I stood up and walked over to him.
"Well, ready to go?" Dan asked me as I aproched him. I nodded. "So it's like 5:35pm, so we gotta go now or else we will be late." Dan said as he once again grabbed my arm. "Why would we be late if it is almost two hours away?" I asked startled by him grabbing my arm, and the tingling of where he touched. "We have a lot to talk about." Said Dan before he rushed to the door, still holding me, I almost fell with his force.
He ran outside and got to the courner of the block before he let me go. "Come on!" Dan said panting and benging down to rest his hands on his knees. "Well *pant pant* I just want the starbucks dumbass! *pant pant*" I say breathless.
"Fine once we *pant pant* catch our breath, *pant pant* we can just walk." Dan said standing up strait. I catch my breath and look up at Dan. "Well, I am not going to run anymore for the rest of the day, okay?" I say to him with a smile. He nods and he starts to walk. I jog a little to catch up.

>>about 5 minutes or so pass<<

Me and Dan haven't talk for the last few minutes. And if all the cars have stopped driving you could hear a cricket from a mile away. I decide to break the silence, well sorta by makeing him talk. I speedwalk for a few seconds and get in front of him. I take a step to my right (where he is standing) and stop. He doesn't see me walk in front of him so he bumps into my back.
He doesn't fall but he almost does. "Hey! What the hell (Y/N)!" He said with a little red on his face. "What's the problem? Didw you hurt something?" I say in a high-pitched baby voice putting my hands to my cheeks. He shakes his head. "I just, got startled okay?I'm sorry." He said before he cooled his face and begin to walk.
Me and Dan talked the rest of the way, about minor things that don't change the story.

Me and Dan get to starbucks and order our drinks. We wait a while and talk, we get called and I collect the drinks. I sit down and stare somewhere, I heard Dan clear his throught. I look up and I look at him. He looks as if he wants me to say something before he speaks. "So, what do you want to talk about?" He looks pleased and starts to say something.
"(Y/N) I-"
