Alysa returned home with her arms full of paper bags, sniffing the air i could smell the variety of food she had bought for the week as well as snacks, i swallowed a gulp of my carbonated drink. "cutie at two o'clock" alysa said and i giggled. "its six ally" i said calling alysa my pet name for her and she threw a panda plushy at me. "whatever you, i'm still jet lagged" she said and grinned, i helped her put everything up and then watched the sunset, we turned in early hoping to catch up on our sleep.
I woke at seven thirty am to the smell of pancakes, ally knows her food and managed to find the right things, i lay in bed for a second and then proceeded to sleepily walk to the bathroom, i brushed my hair and then brushed my teeth, changed into my favorite yoga pants and a black shirt with the word "love wins" in rainbow colors on the front, I walked into the kitchen and sat at the table, ally brought me my food and sat down with hers.
"what are we doing today" i ask, "sightseeing of course, and maybe we'll run across our babies" she said speaking of our favorite korean pop bands. "wishful thinking" i responded, "i think we need to go to this bath house i found this morning. I laughed because it seamed so far fetched but when i got there with her i was surprised to see a familiar face, i hadn't noticed him at first because i was singing to myself, while sitting in one of the baths in my bathing suit.
"oh my god lily!" ally said almost yelling, "shh!" i said hushing her. "no lilly look! hes looking at you! don't you know who he is?!" "who??" i said and looked up to meet the gaze of the one and only Kwon Ji-yong, a famous korean idol: OH MY GOD" I raised my voice, he put his finger to his lips to shush me. He stood up and came to sit by me, his expensive looking shorts dripping the whole way over. "i finally got some peace and quite, please don't announce my existence" he said softly.
"i couldn't help but notice you sound so pretty! while i'm not sure Yang Hyun-suk is looking for american idols but we could use studio help" Ji said and just then his phone rang, he began speaking korean, only a few of the words made sense to me. "lilly? Anio, english" Ji said with a very strong accent and my interest was peeked. "kamsamnida! anyong!" he finished.
