oikawa tooru, knowing that his eighteenth birthday has come, means that he already has his soulmate's name imprinted on his wrist. knowing this, the girls from his college tried to lie that oikawa tooru was their soulmate, but this system couldn't fool anyone. oikawa saw nothing but their skin color when he looked at their wrist. with what he experienced, oikawa was now certain that the goverment isn't the one who would decide who he should love.
