I Literally Shaking And Crying

I just had the scariest fucking nightmare,I literally trying to stop shaking and crying. The dream was I was in some castle with my friends and I was choosing a room when I found a room with a seal on it but I accidentally opened it...and the same monstrous ghost came out like every nightmare I'm scared...why does it always find its way into my dreams? I'm scared. This is why I can't go to sleep...this is why I'm scared of the dark...this is why all these bad things happen....cause every time I close my eyes he comes back. He follows me everywhere I go...he hides in my mind...he brings only night terrors at night...I'm scared..I'm scared I'm scared I'm scared...you guys are the first people I've actually told...I don't want to even blink my heart literally stopped...I felt his hands actually on my neck...he was chocking me...whenever I wake up he becomes a blurry figure....if I told someone they would say it's just something I created...I don't like scary things and that thing is something that should never have been created from a fun trip with friends in Minecraft to a castle...and why always my room...or how does he always find me by my self...why can only I see him...
Sorry for ranting...as I write this I can feel him right next to me...I'm visibly shaking and can't move....if you think this is a joke for views it's not...I really need someone's help....I need comfort, since I'm over here almost pissing my pants..see you later
