Chapter 4

Reds P.O.V

Blue looked a little sad at me when I said that. We were both champions. We had decided to split the title. I always knew he wanted it for himself but would never admit to it.

"Red..." It was Leaf. I turned to her in surprise and she motioned for me to come with her. We silently walked to the very front of the ship. Overlooking the sea.

"What's up darling?" I tease but she doesn't look amused.

"Be serious red. I want to know what's wrong. I know we aren't going to Unova just for me and Blue and Lyra and Gold and Silver." She states bluntly crossing her arms.

I sigh in defeat and lean on the railing. "I'm sick of it. I need change, Leaf." I glance at her and see she is staring at me with full attention. That's what I liked most about her.

"I've been the champion for almost 7 years. Battling trainers that think they're good enough to beat me. Catching the same pokemon I've seen since I started my journey. The only other place I've been to is johto and some of our friends live there." I continued. Getting some deep shit out now.

"I want to meet new people. Make more friends. Beat different gym leaders..." I trail off. Leaf had rested her arm on my back by now and was rubbing my shoulder softly.

"I'm sorry red. We should have gone to Hoenn or Sinnoh a long, long time ago." She smiles at me sadly. "Lets go back with the others."

I nod in agreement and we return with the others. The next 2 days at sea were nothing special.

Dawn's P.O.V

White and Cat are catching some pokemon in the forest. I decided to lay back a little to relax. I have always loved forests... Man, I miss Eterna forest. I miss Gardenia.

Feeling homesick, I call up Cynthia.

"Cynthia! It's Dawn!" I stop walking and lean against a tree. I can see White and Cat double teaming a weird bug pokemon.

"Dawn, baby! How are you liking Unova so far?"

confused since I didn't tell her I was going to be here, I begin to ask her how she knew but she cuts me off, "Luke and Barry told me sweet pea. They told everyyyyone."

I gulp. "Everyone?"

she catches the worriedness in my voice. "Oh don't worry hun, They only told our friends. The elite four, the gym leaders, and Riley." she giggles the last part a little.

I blush at the mention of his name. "They told Riley?"

"Youre blushing aren't you?" She laughs. "Yes honey! He was so happy for you!"

I had and still have a huge crush on Riley. He was the one that gave me Lucarios egg.

"really? Well, I don't have his number so when you get the chance will you tell him I miss him?" I ask.

"Of course!"

White and Cat high five each other and raise up a pokeball for me to see. They caught the bug pokemon and began to walk this way.

"Well I gotta go, Cyn. I'll call you again sometime."

"Okay! but wait!"

I pause.

"I heard about an evil team organization called Team Plasma. Will you please stop them for me. I know you were overwhelmed with Team Galactic but you handled them so well. Consider it another favor."

"Of course, but now I really have to go, bye!" I hang up the phone when the girls reach me.

"Who was that?" Cat asks when they stand in front of me.
