Finally, today's the day the Weasleys come pick me up. I was going over to Harry's, so they could pick us both up there.

"Be good, little champ. Don't talk to strangers, and if anyone tries to pull anything, you scream like a maniac." My dad reminded me, as I headed out the door.

"I'll be just fine, dad. I'll have all the Weasleys, plus Harry and Hermione to protect me." I assured him, hugging him.

"Oh, alright, alright. I love you, little champ. Have fun." He kissed my forehead, and handed me my trunk.

"I love you too, dad. I'll write as soon as I get to Hogwarts."

He smiled at me, before letting me step outside.

"Bye bye, sissy!" Amber called.

"Bye Amber, I love you! Be good for dad, or else!"

She giggled, and nodded. With that, I walked next door to Harry's house, dragging my trunk behind me.

Once I was standing before the front door, I rang the doorbell. A few seconds later, it opened, revealing the brilliant green eyes of Harry.

He smiled at me. "Hey, Riley. Ready to enjoy the rest of our summer?"

I nodded. "You know I am."

He stepped aside, letting me in.

The Dursley residence looked the same as always. Too clean. I remembered this place well, and not in a good way.

The Dursleys glared at me, having remembered who I was just as well. I looked away from them, trying to hide my embarrassment, and followed Harry into the kitchen.

"Ever played Quidditch?" He asked, trying to diffuse the tension growing within the house.

"Yeah, I love Quidditch. I haven't played in years, so, I might not be that good."

He chuckled, and looked down at his feet, before looking back at me. "I'm sure you're still good. When we get to Hogwarts, I'll make sure to train you up."

Before I could reply, we heard a loud crash coming from the living room. We ran in, only to see Mr. Weasley, Fred, George, and Ron standing there, covered in soot. The fireplace seemed to have completely exploded.

Mr. Dursley was raging, his face turning various shades of purple, while Mrs. Dursley was shrieking in horror.

Harry and I laughed, as we said hello to everyone.

"I can fix this, no worries." Mr. Weasley said, taking out his wand. All the Dursleys yelled this time. Dudley his behind his mother.

Everything sort of went crazy from there. The Dursleys were screaming for all of us to leave, while Mr. Weasley insisted on fixing what had happened. Then Fred and George suddenly dropped a bunch of small candies everywhere, and began scrambling around to pick them up.

One of them fell beside Dudley's foot, and he ate it. Not even a few seconds later, his tongue began growing, until it was hanging out of his mouth, and piling on the floor.

I grimaced, but laughed anyway. Ron and Harry leaned on each other for support as they laughed.

Of course, Dudley's parents began flipping out about that too. Finally, we decided to leave, and Floo back to the Burrow.

I landed dizzily, barely able to stand, when I felt my body crushed under the weight of someone else's.

Whoever it was didn't even move at first. I felt their warm breath on my neck, making me shiver. Finally, they snapped back into reality, and got up. "I'm sorry, Riley. Are you okay?"

Ah, so it was Harry Potter. He helped me pull myself off the floor, both of us blushing. That was when I was embraced in a very tight hug from Ginny. Oh, how I missed her.

After we broke apart, Mrs. Weasley engulfed me in one of those rib cracking Weasley hugs. Smiling, I hugged her back.

It feels like heaven, being here with my friends. They were all basically my second family.

"You're all just in time for dinner. Come on, now, to the dining room we go."

--------------------

Dinner was great, and so was dessert. I ate so much, my stomach felt as though it'd explode!

I headed to Ginny's room with her, considering we were sharing. "We're gonna have so much fun, Riley!" She exclaimed.

"I know, I can't wait!" I replied, grinning.

The entire time we got ready for bed, we talked about the Cup. Neither of us had been to one, making it more exciting.

Finally, I curled up in my bed, and closed my eyes. "Goodnight, Ginny."

"Goodnight, Riley."
