Draco's POV

Right when Hermione caught my attention, the other being disappeared. It was just gone, I couldn't feel it within me anymore.

I pulled myself out of Harry's comfortable lap and stood up. Immediately, my body was enveloped by the cold. Why did Harry have to be so warm? He stood up, "It's okay. But, don't think I'll let it go. I'll ask you when you're better." I gave a reluctant nod. He stood up as well, "So, how 'bout we finish getting you all bandaged up?"

I sat back down on the hospital's cot and Harry immediately went back to my chest. "I'm sorry." I said, softly. "For what?" I looked up at him. "For relying on you so much, for hurting you so much, for being so awful. You don't need to help me, but you do and I take that for granted. For all of the things he said to you, they weren't true. I definitely prefer your company over anyone else's, and I don't hate you. I want to, I try so hard, but I can't. You've affected me and you're so nice and perfect, it's impossible to hate someone who's so dedicated to helping you."

"Draco, I'm far from perfect. I'm glad that you don't hate me, I really want to be your friend. Please let me help you, I do it because I want to, not because you need to repay me or anything." How have I become so weak? I need to get my act together. I'm sick or something. He finished on my chest and went to unwrap my arms. I complied and watched him. He's so attractive.

The doors reopened and in came in Pansy, Blaise, and the Weasels. "Oh god, Dray! What have they done to you?" Pansy screeched, pushing Harry away. She kneeled in front of me and cupped my face with her hands. Harry scowled at her. "Oh, my poor baby. Do you need me to kiss it?" I chuckled, "Pansy, seriously? Get off me. I need Harry over here."

She frowned and shot Harry a glare as she got up. Harry continued removing my arm bandages. I looked up at the others. "I'm sorry." I said, looking each one of them in the eyes. Blaise and Pansy looked at me questioningly. "Blaise, Pansy, I'm sorry for worrying you. I haven't been myself lately. Thank you. Wea -ahem-Ginerva, Ronald, I am sorry for what happened earlier. I had no intention of hurting anyone. I'm sorry, and I hope that you will forgive me."

Harry gave me a small smile. I turned to the Mudblood, "Mudb - Hermione, thank you for your help. I'm sorry to have caused you so much trouble." She gave me a huge smile and nodded, "Anything for you, Draco."

"What?" everybody, except Harry and Granger, said in unison. This included me. She looked a bit scared, we had just ganged up on her. Harry coughed, "I'm really sorry, Draco, but I told Hermione about what happened. I know I don't know most of the details, but I shared them with her. She wanted to help." I glared at him. "Well, you obviously figured most of it out, from what you said earlier. And I quote, 'I know you're not broken, you're just hurt. What he did to you was wrong. It was beyond wrong, way beyond wrong. No one deserves to go through that.' You're smarter than you seem."

He started stuttering, stumbling over words, "W-well, I-I...I mean...I wanted...see, she...y-you were..." I smirked at him, "Quite the one for words, eh?" The four others, not including Hermione, stepped forward. Ronald was the one to speak, "Care to share with the class, Harry? What's happening?" I scoffed, "I don't think I'd like you to hear the answer to that question, Ronald."

"Just 'Weasley' is fine, Malfoy." I felt a sting in my heart at that name. Not Malfoy, that's my father, not me. I just nodded towards him. "Even if you did here the answer, Weasley, I don't think I'd last." Harry gave a sad smile and nodded. He completely removed the gauze from my arms and everyone crowded around to see what they looked like.

"Gross, right?" I asked, looking at their faces. They nodded, wrinkling their noses. I looked at my infected arms. They were so bloody and gross, pink and wet with pus. I turned my attention to my Dark Mark and my face twisted into one of anger, disgust, and hatred. Harry paused and stared at my face, when I connecting eyes with him, he shook his head and smiled. I was confused.
