Chapter 1

Alex's POV-

On the first day of school, I saw a lot of my old friends who I missed over the summer.

But then the new girl walked in and my jaw dropped.

She looked exactly like my mom.

"Mom, guess what happened today!"

"What is it Alex?" She asked.

"I saw this girl who looked exactly like you at school today!"

The color drained out of my mom's face and she turned and asked me, "What's her name?"

"Her name is Isabella, but she told me to call her Bella." Mom started crying.

"Mom, calm down. Why are you crying?"

"I need to tell you something once your father comes home."

I nodded and headed up into my room to start with my homework. I know right, homework on the first day of school. Ugh.

Then I heard the door open. "I have Chipotle!" I heard my dad yell.

Chipotle! Heck yes!

I ran downstairs and saw my mom, still in tears, and my dad with a worried look on his face.

I cleared my throat and they both looked at me.

"Where's the food?" I asked.

"Um, Alex. About this new girl...You said her name was Isabella?"

"Bella."

"And she looks exactly like mom?"

"Mhmm."

"I'm gonna go in with you to school tomorrow ok?"

"Sure dad, just make sure the teachers don't, fangirl or something over you."

"Funny Alex, ok, now eat your food."

Madison's POV-

After Alex went to sleep, Jack and I talked about Bella.

"Ten years babe, we don't even know if that's her."

"But Jack! What if it is! We have the possibility of getting our daughter back!"

"Who has she been living under? Did they adopt her? Maybe her looking like you is a coincidence!"

"Jack, we need to see her! We need to see our daughter."

"Tomorrow morning. I'll just tell Johnson."

"Thanks babe." I kissed him and went to bed.

Jack's POV-

It can't be her! There's no possible way that Maggie would actually raise our daughter. Hell, she can barely handle herself, much less a daughter.

Madison was sleeping and I just laid here staring at the ceiling.

My daughter.

Is alive.

And Alex doesn't even know about her.

Bella's POV-

"Hi mom." I said, kissing her cheek.

"Hi baby, how was the first day at this new school?"

"It was fun. I made two new friends."

"What's their name?"

"Ethan and Alex. The Ethan one is really cute." The color drained out of her face.

"Don't talk to them." She said coldly.

"Wait what? Why-"

"DON'T talk to them!"

"I-I'm sorry mom."

Maggie's POV-

Yes, I stole their kid.

Yes, I raised her as my own.

Yes, I sent her to the same school as them.

Do I regret it? No!

She ruined my life and I'm going to ruin hers.
