Distance

Chapter 7

Madison's POV-
"C'mon Anya, let's go." I told her while i was dragging her to the car.

"I don't want to be neat people."

"It's not a lot of 'people' it's just us and the kids."

"We're in a park. That means other people are going to be there."

"If you find a hot guy I'll let you bring him home." I said in hopes if trying to get her to go with me.

"Mm...Deal."

Now, what's actually going to happen is, the kids are going to stay all day with my mom while Jack and I get Anya and Johnson to talk things out. I already dropped the kids off and told Anya that Jack was going to bring the kids when actually, he was getting Johnson. This is weird. I feel like a teenager again.

I get to the place where we're going to lock then in a room together. I get Anya out of the car. Poor soul is so hung up on her husband cheating on her she doesn't even realize that we're not even at a park.

I see Jack and he's holding Johnson and we're both going toward the room. We reach the room and quickly close the door and lock it from the outside.

"Hey! Get me out of here!" Anya yelled.

"Not until you guys make up!" Jack yelled to them.

"I don't want to get along with him! He cheated on me!"

"I said the same about 11 years ago. Now look at me." I told her.

"You guys are freaking Jack and Madison, you were meant to be."

"And so are you and Johnson."

After that it became quiet and I assume that they're working things out. Then yelling started up again.

"You make me feel so damn useless! Sure, I can pay the bills but anyone with a job can do that! You don't let me do anything else. No, you make me feel like I can't do anything else!"

"I-I didn't know I make you feel that way. Why didn't you tell me?"

"You're always with Madison or Ethan. Think about it, when was the last time you and I went on a date?"

"Last year...Oh my god baby I'm sorry. But that doesn't mean you have to cheat. It's hurts a lot worse than how you feel."

"I know..."

"Why don't we...Take a break. Get some air. When we're both ready, we can come back to each other and make it work. Especially for Ethan. He hates you now." Anya gave a slight chuckle. 

"I know. And yeah maybe we should take a small break. Maybe I can get my shit together."

"I love you."

"I love you even more."

I opened the door and saw them both give a weak smile.

"Fixed?" I asked.

"Almost fixed." They both replied.

"Let's go home." I said to everyone. I walked over to Jack and kissed his lips, just in case it might be the last time. "I love you."

"I love you too." He pecked my lips one more time and we walked to our cars.

We got in the car and I started driving to my place.

"Madison...I have to tell you something." Anya said.

"I'm pregnant."

hello ppls so as you can see there's some "distance" between a&j.

so idk if you guys see it yet but the reason its called distance is bc people are going to grow distant from each other.

so the twins went through their distance
anya and jack are becoming distant rn
