March 4th-5th, 2027.

Ross looked defeated almost as if he was giving up. They threw us into a cell and had taken away all of our weapons and other belongings. They locked the three of us away only to wait two hours for our court judgment. I looked at Trace ,hoping he had a plan, hoping he had something, but the look in his eyes had told me that he was also defeated. No one could have predicted what had happened. How could any of us known that he was waiting for us.
"Are you ready?" A voice said. This woman asked us from out side of our cell. Dressed in her light blue tinted armor she held her sword on her side.
"To die at the hand of your stupid king?" I said, "Never." The girl smiled at me and shook her head, weaving her fingers through the bars, she gripped the on in front of her.o
"You know, they say its bad luck to die with the feeling of anger. I hope you die with that anger on you face." She said laughing.
"Lance Kings, meant Victoria Queen. The Sapphire Witch." Trace said.
"Oh hello info broker. Its going to be fun killing you."
Victoria smiled. She pulled out her sword and ran it across the bars.
"Its a shame its just you three. I couldn't wait to kill that Crimson Knight everyone is praising. Everyone seems to think she's going to save us. Oh well, people can dream. Now," She put her sword back and unlocked our cell.
"Are you ready to die?"

They pushed us into the court room and forced us to stand on our knees in front of Lucifer. The people in the court were chanting at us, telling us to die. I looked around and it all felt so familiar. Last time I was presented before the court I was with Ethan. He and I stood before the Fae Queen, Ross was in the stands with the other Knights and Trace was with the senators in the jury seats. Now it was just the King and the Fae Queen who were going to decide our fates. Obviously they both found us guilty and our sentence was for us to be hanged.
So this is it?
They walked us outside where they had the nooses ready for us. The people of the city were ready to watch us all die. They placed the ropes around our necks and the fairy priest started reading the send off. Looking out straight ahead from where we were standing, you could see Lucifer smiling at us from his stand, watching us from his chair and standing next to him was the Sapphire witch, who was eating a small treat as if this were a sports event or something . I looked next to me and saw Ross looking at me.
"I'm sorry." he said, "I'm sorry I didn't help get us home."
"You dumbass!" I snapped at him, the priest was still read aloud the send off. "Don't you dare apologize to me. You helped more than ever. I couldn't have made it this far without you."
"But Payton-"
"Its okay." I cried. "Its all going to be okay." As the priest was reading the last of the send off he walked in front of us and spoke to the crowd.
"These men were seen guilty and now shall be punished for their crimes." Then he turned to us with tears steaming down his face, "May god have mercy on you all." He said. He walked away from us and all three of us looked up as Lucifer stood up from his stand.
"Does any one object to this execution?" He smiled, the crowd was silent and waiting for them to pull the platforms from under us.
"No? Oh, well then." He laughed at us and looked us all in the eye. "Hang-"
"I object!"

On the wall stood a dark cloaked figure, who's face you could not see. The king and his people looked confused for a second. Even the Fae Queen was at a loss for words. We all looked up at the hooded figure and were puzzled by them.
"I said,"
The figure pulled off her hood reveling her face to the public below. The crowd gasped and murmured. Myself and the others started cheering as we looked up at who it was.
"I object!" She said louder. "These men are innocent and I'll be taking them with me now."
"Get her!" Lucifer ordered. Sierra started running along the top of the wall till she got right over us and then jumped down in front of us.
"Hey boys. Miss me?"
"Yea, loads."
She smiled at us and cut us down and handed us a bag with all our weapons inside.
"Here, let's go." The Knights were charging towards us weapons in hand, screaming out their battle cry, then suddenly they stopped in their steps one by one and they started to fall down like dominos as the Hunter jumped down and began shooting them down.
"Get them now!" Lucifer yelled at his men. We started fighting our way out pushing and firing down knights.
"Duck!" I heard someone yell, as I did so I heard a swooshing noise above me. When I got up I saw the knight behind me had an arrow in his chest, I looked up and nodded at Sterling standing on the wall.
"Sten pu." I started casting spells left and right, wishing I knew one that could transport us out of here. Just like in the stores on black Friday, people were rushing to get back inside to avoid being injured in the middle of our battle. The six of us were somehow managing to hold our own. I could hear the metal clanging as swords and armor were being crossed and collided. I looked over and saw The Hunter firing like mad. "Hey!" I yelled at him. He looked my way and I pointed up above me and pointed at Lucifer. He nodded and ran towards me and we got beneath Lucifer's stand. Together we knocked the legs off causing Lucifer's small tower to fall with him on top of it.
"Ahhhh." We heard him yelling as it began to lean over.
"Timber!" The Hunter yelled as we started running way from the stand.
"Sierra, Ross, Trace!" I shouted. "Lets go!" We all started running to go meet up with Sterling on the wall. We were getting closer to it when suddenly a sword flew between us and the wall.
"Hey!" Victoria yelled. "Where the hell do you think you're all going?" She marched over to us with another sword in her hand. She raised it above her head and was prepared to kill us all. As she brought her weapon down Sierra blocked it with her sword and pushed the Sapphire witch back.
"We're going home." She said.
"Oh, I'll send you home no problem." Victoria got up and started to swing her blade at Sierra. They danced and we all watched in hesitation.
"We need to-" Hunter and I pulled Trace back and shook our heads.
"Rule number 27 about girls. Never interrupt them when they're fighting." Hunter said.
"Unless of course you wish to be a kabob."
The girls each took a swing at each other. It was both captivating and horrifying, because they were evenly matched. They're blades crossed paths and Sierra brought her foot up and kicked Victoria square in the jaw causing her to drop her sword and hit the ground.
"Lets go!"
We started climbing up the wall to make our escape.
"Hurry." Sterling said pulling Sierra up. We started running down the wall and jumping off into the market place below. We began running through the crowds of people and fairies who were shopping, bumping in to small stands and in between shops.
"Over there." Trace pointed over to a small stable farm. We started running like mad, I looked behind us real fast. The Knights were no where to be seen but it was only a matter of time before they would catch up to us. We made our way into the stables and started to sattle up.
"Wait," Hunter said. "Don't pair up, everyone take a horse."
"He's right. If we all take a horse it'll be harder for them to catch up to us." Sierra agreed. We each mounted on to a horse and started to ride out of the stable house.
"Lets get out of here. Yea!"
