A Dead Body?

After closing the blinds I changed into my PJ's and walked out into my patio

I grabbed a book and started to read it

I heard a weird squeaking sound

I turned my head towards the noise to see Stiles sneaking out of his room by his window

"Stiles!" i whispered.

"what are you doing?"

"what the hell are you trying to do, kill me!" he said

"no i just... what are you doing?"

"okay well.... they found half a dead body in the woods"

"oh my god, do they know who it is" i asked

"no but.. im going to go get Scott and find the other half...you want to come along?"

"are you serious?"

"i mean you dont need to..."

"no i want to come just give me a second i need to change"

i went inside and put leggings and my brothers big hoodie on.

"okay lets go" i said

"you sure your parents won't find out your gone."

"my parents passed away i live with my brother" i said.

"oh I'm sorry."

"no it's fine" i said

"your brother won't find out?"

'no he ditched me again and even if he didn't find me in the house he'd think i'm gone with some friends i made, he would text me" i said waving my phone

"Alright then let's go."

Stiles drop off my patio , then i jumped and landed perfectly on my two feet and one hand on the ground I lifted my head making my hair fly

"Woah" Stiles said.

"I know I never did that in my life"

"You sure? Cause' that was kind of badass"

I laughed

"okay lets just go get Scott."

"okay wait here" Stiles said.

i waited for awhile when i heard screaming i ran to the side of the house to see Stiles upside down and Scott with a baseball bat.

"what the hell is going on" i said.

"i could ask you the same thing" Scott said.

"you weren't answering your phone!"

"why do you have a bat"

Scott chuckled

"i thought you were a predator"

Stiles and I laughed.

"okay i know its late but you gotta hear this i saw my dad leave 20 minutes ago, dispatch call there bringing every officer in Beacon departement and even state police"

"for what?"

"two joggers found a body in the woods" he said casually getting off the side of the house.

"a dead body?" Scott asked

"no a body of water YES dumbass a dead body"

"you mean like murdered"

"no nobody knows yet"

"just that it was a girl probably in her twenties"

"hold on if they found the body then what are they looking for?"
