Chapter 5: The Suprise Visit

Demi's POV:

I woke up with a voice waking me and it was the old lady beside me. I looked at the time and it was 5 pm. I got off the plane and waited for my mom. then I heard a voice yelled "Demetria!" I looked around and I saw my mom! I hugged her tightly and we went to the car. I put my luggage at the back and suggessted that I will drive but she insisted so I sat on the passenger seat. She drove from the airport to our Mansion at the California valley. When we reached the mansion, I took my luggage and went inside. Our maid grabbed the luggage from me and she went upstairs to put it on my room. I changed into a sweater and into a shorts then I sat on the couch and watch the news. My eyes had gotten bigger when I saw myself and the blonde guy rrom the contest in a picture! the reporter said "Demi Lovato and Niall from One Direction are seen at the carnival together. Hmmm, Are they dating? Maybe they are!" I turned the tv off then I went straight into my room. I lied down on my bed and started to cry. then, I feel like closing my eyes so I fall asleep.

Niall's POV:

It was almost midnight when we landed. My mom called Mrs. Lovato and told her that we just arrived at America to visit them and talk about the wedding.

then she stopped talking for a while and thanked her on the phone. If my guess is right, Mrs. Lovato told mom that we could sleep with them at their house in California. My mom then hung up and told us that we're going to stay at the Lovatos. Dad called a cab and told him to take us to California Valley. When we got there, we saw a huge mansion and Aunt Dianna (Mrs. Lovato) coming towards us. She hugged us then let us come inside their mansion. She went to the kitchen and prepared coffee for us while we sat down at their comfy couch. Then we started chatting with one another.

"I haven't seen you for ages! I was so glad that you decided to visit us." she said smiling while giving us each a cup of coffee.

"Well we had second thoughts of going here but since our son, Niall, have some bad influence friends...we decided that it will be good for him to be away from his friends." My dad said while looking at me and I looked at the floor.

"Wait, I thought your name is James?" Aunt Dianna asked in a confused look.

"Yeah, His real name is Niall James Horan.. We used to call him James when he was a child." Mom said and I smiled.

"How are you?" Aunt Dianna asked looking at me.

"I'm fine." I replied and smiled.

"You and Demetria will be so cute together." she laugh and I gulped.

"Wait, Is Devonne's real name is Demetria?" Mom asked.

"Yeah, her real name is Demetria Devonne Lovato. She hates it when I call her Devonne.. So I prefer if you call her Demetria or Demi." she said and winked at me.

After a long conversation, I yawned and rubbed my eyes. Aunt Dianna notices that I'm sleepy so she told me to sleep upstairs at the white door. I nodded and I grabbed my things then went upstairs. I saw two white doors and don't know which one is mine so I entered the other white door. The lights are already off so I thought that there is no one sleeping at the room. I put down my things and lied on the bed. I didn't even turned on the lights because it was too dark for me to find it plus I'm so exhausted but even if it's dark, I saw the bed due to the light outside the door when I entered. I noticed that something is beside me so I tried to touch it and it was so comfy and soft so I thought it's a pillow. I hugged it and cuddled with it and tried to sleep.
