I get home wondering going upstairs to my bedroom I lay on my bed. What was Victoria was talking about? Then again I knew what she was talking about. Sigh... I was so rude to her I have to apologize tomorrow and figure this all out. I had another vision this time it was a guy, he didn't have a soul, it was heartless and cold. All I could see was his servant green colored eyes. He said something like "I'm coming for you my dear and it won't be pretty when I get there, you might want to watch your back at all times precious. Haha" He laughed, his laugh piercing my skin making me shiver. I don't know what he means I should really go talk to grandma.

I go downstairs, going to the kitchen to get something to drink out of the fridge until I see a note from my mom and dad, I pick it up and read it. "Rudy, your father and I are going on a business trip for a week,I need you to go get some herbs and oils for your grandmother, there's chicken rotisserie In the fridge and other leftovers, if you don't want that then I have loaded money into your credit card for you to order in... Anyhow we love you and please don't throw any parties while we are gone and No boys aloud at the house... Love you Rudy!
XOXO Mom & Dad" I roll my eyes, great just great we just moved here and they already got a business trip, I shrug. Well off to grandmas house I go. I grab my keys and my phone. I get in the car, I get my iPhone six plus and ask Siri where the herb store is out here, she gives me the directions I follow them. I go inside grabbing Grandma Lucy all the herbs and things she needs.

Grandma was so old school her house was an old Victorian house, with blue lace curtains and white furniture. Nana didn't have any technology, the only thing she had was a phone to call us if she she needed anything. I get to her house. It was white and beautiful standing tall, but some of the paint was peeling off, the boards on the front porch looked dried and old. When I parked in the driveway I see my grandmother sure enough outside with the door open waiting on me. I get her things and get out the car after turning it off I grab my keys and my phone, I smile.

"Hey grandma!" I give her a hug.
"Hey there child, I've been waiting on you. Took ya long enough." She grumbles to me. I giggle.
"Sorry nana, uh may I talk to you inside please." She gives me a look then frowns.
"Sure come in, it better not be about no birds or bees or about you bein pregnant or trying to hide a boy from ya mama and daddy." I squeal looking at her in disbelief and disgust.
"Ewww grandma heck no that is not why I am here. Ewww!"
She laughs.
"Well come on in, what's wrong hon? Tell dear ole grandma."

I close her front door as she sit down in her rocking chair in the living room, I sit her things on the table hesitating and debating whether I should tell her or not, I sit on the couch by her and sigh. Grandma Lucy eyes soften and she looks at me.
"Well what is it hon, it must be something."
I take a deep breathe and start talking.
"Nana I keep having these visions, and being in and out of conscious. Today one of my friends had noticed and well I snapped at her. I don't know what this vision means, b-but the guy keep saying something like "I'm coming for you my dear and it won't be pretty when I get there, you might want to watch your back at all times precious." He would then laugh after that. He is coming back for vengeance and well on me I can tell. He thinks I killed his brother. I don't even know his brother what the hell!? I haven't even killed a person a day in my~"

I must have been talking to much because my grandmother told me to breathe and slow down! I give her a sheepish smile blushing deeply.
"Sorry grandma Lucy. I have never killed a person a day in my life."
She smiles warmly at me. "I know, but I think it's time you knew."
I frown looking at her. I knew, huh? I knew what? What the hell is going on? What is she talking about?
I glare at her a little confused and upset.
"Time I knew what?"

My grandma gets up getting an old, brown leather looking book whose spine looks to be tearing off. It had a Latin topic which I was able to translate with no problems. Which is crazy, it's old Latin I haven't taken any Latin classes. She turns the page showing me a picture of a group of people standing in a line smiling for there pictures to be taken. I frown wondering what does this have to do with anything until my eyes came across someone who looked exactly like me.
"Grandma Lucy what is the meaning of this?"
"Well child what I am about to tell you may shake you out of your britches." She look at me I am still frowning waiting patiently. She continues.
"You are not normal like all the other children, why you think you don't fit in with others? This is because you are a witch, you are different, you was born to stand out, because you are the chosen one. You come from a very powerful line of witches. You see on the inside of your left wrist there is a blue crescent moon there. If it had a silver outline to it, then it means you are chosen and well you are my dear. You have been chosen to defeat this vampire." I look shocked.
"Yes you live in a world where supernatural things are real. Your aunt Cynthia, killed a vampire who came into our town preying on innocent people and well half of our witch covenant. We don't know how he broke our spell of protection around the city, but then it hits us he was one powerful blood sucker. She was chosen just like you she was the only one to defeat him. Well she did."
"How did she do
It nana?" She smiles brightly.
"She did it by calling into the heavenly fire, scorching him to death, condemning him back to hell. His brother is alive and I believe he thinks your Cynthia and he want to seek vengeance for his brother. You just now start inheriting your powers. You have powers just like your aunt Cynthia. Me and well your mother. Your the chosen one, he is closer than you think. You must be ready Rudy. Do what all your other family members and sisters has done! Defeat this creature of the nigh~" I shake my head my body gone into complete shock my face looked like it had seen a ghost I grab my phone and keys and hurriedly leave, grandmas worlds sinking in. "No no no this can't be real! This can't be happening."

I drive back home when all of a sudden I see the guy from vision run across the road directly in front of my car he smiles slowing down and looking at me I hear him in my mind. "Soon we will meet my love, soon." He runs through the woods. I stop the car feeling myself sweating out of fear. I let my window down letting some of the cool wind blow through my car to cool my down, letting it stab my face. At the moment I really didn't care I drive home. I didn't realize I was crying until I felt something wet on my cheek. Grandma is right, I don't live in a normal town. Then again she is wrong. Sigh... Rudy gets home parking her car she goes to her room tossing her keys on her desk. Maybe j am just hallucinating, I need sleep, I will sleep this off, tomorrow will be a fresh start... A good day. Rudy falls asleep continuously telling herself lies that we knew wasn't true.

Meanwhile at grandma Lucy home, she summons an unknown witch.
"Can you please protect her, and help her please, she know not of her powers."
"Lucy don't worry I will make sure the child is safe and I will teach her about her powers, how they can be used for good and not bad. For our covenant is very powerful, we don't need another bad witch in the group like Jessabelle."
"Thank you so much."
"Your welcome that's what sisters are for, see you soon when the day comes Lucy. No need to worry I will make sure the girl is protected and ready by then."
