I looked down at my Twitter feed as I get a notification. I clicked on the notification tab, it's a Twitter one so its probably either a few fans following me or just a DM. I'm in band called 5 Seconds Of Summer, it isn't that big but we have a few fans or as we like to to call it a family.
But this time, it wasn't a fan or some famous musician like Alex from All Time Low or Brendon from Panic! At The Disco, it was her, my gorgeous crush.

I've liked her since 5th grade, I've never had the courage to tell her, you know how boys are when you're young, they tease you about having a crush and keep on going on about it and I would rather not be humiliated thank you very much. It's the last year of high school, we are both 16.

I'm not going to lie, I was really happy when she followed me. I'm not sure why except the fact that I've liked her since 5th grade. We had English together and now that we are in high school we have most classes together which is good.

I have heard a lot of gossip about guys asking Leah out and I'm not gonna lie I got really jealous, I just wish I was that brave. I've never had the guts to ask her out, I mean yeah I could ask Calum, Ashton or Michael for help but it was super embarrassing, especially since I only joined the band because her brother was in it although I enjoy making music a lot.

I looked over at my clock that was on my desk and the time was 7:20 and it had been 17 minutes since she followed me. I wonder if I was just reading to much into her following me. Was I?

Leah's POV

He just hit 9K followers, wasn't it about time to follow him? Actually make some sort of move, a leap of faith? When I followed him, I waited a couple minutes and scrolled down his feed. I'm not stalking him, maybe. Yeah whatever you're reading this probably knowing you've done this before, don't lie. I was checking out what his page was like, almost a thousand retweets on ever tweet of his. His page was decent, So I decided I was done looking on it, before I was about to go to sleep I refreshed my notifications and there I saw it. Him.
