Leah's Point of View
That week me and Luke didn't fight once but it was time for me and Melanie to leave. We'd see the boys in a week at school but it was still hard to leave.
Me and the One Direction boys stopped hanging out and it sucked and I regret it. But that didn't make it easy to leave them, I actually sucked more than leaving the boys because I didn't know if I'd see any of them again.
I knew it'd be hard to just say goodbye to the One Direction boys so I decided to say goodbye to them before we actually left. I said goodbye the night before and I stayed with Harry for night. It was great to be with him for the last night in tour.
We left for the airport in the morning really early so I didn't except for anyone to go to the airport with us.
The One Direction boys never woke up so I just left and sent Harry a text at the airport saying:
It was great, stay cool.
Luke, Michael, Calum and Ashton surprised me, I didn't think they'd be up at 4am to take us to the airport. Calum and Ashton were half asleep but Luke and Michael were fully awake. They both hoped this day would never come. They prayed it wouldn't. Especially Michael, he didn't know what to expect back in Sydney.
We got to the airport and we got out. It was still dark and nobody knew we were leaving so there were no fans here.
I pulled Michael into a hug first and said, "You know, you don't have to come back home when this whole tour is over."
He laughed, "I'll miss you all too much and I'll definitely be in Sydney for my girl." He said, whilst looking at Melanie on the last part.
Next up, I hugged Ash and Calum, after saying a short goodbye speech for each of them. Up next, Luke. I didn't know what to expect or say.
"Uh, so we made it a week without fighting. I guess you could say yay?" I said, that's the only thing that came into my mind. This was like secondary school again.
"Uh, yeah. I guess," We were so awkward, "I'm really going to miss you."
"You'll see me in a week."
"You know what I mean."
"Yeah, I do. But you'll see me in a week."
"Promise?"
"Promise."
"Okay."
"Alright, well this whole friendship thing over here between you guys is great but I don't wanna miss this flight." Melanie said.
"Wow, somebody's grumpy." Luke mumbled.
"Oh, Hemmings, you're definitely screwed when you get back to Sydney."
We all laughed, but we all knew he was.
"6:00 sharp, my house, day before school. Don't miss it." I said, not directed at anyone. Me and Melanie started walking to the gate. 14 hours on a plane ride would be fun.
When we got to the gate, we grabbed some seats. We were only like 10 minutes early. Security wasn't as bad as we thought it would be so we had spare time. I decided to look at my ticket to pass time.
"Hey Mel, which seat are you?"
"G, why?"
"Just wondering, wait you said G, right?"
"Yeah, what's wrong with that?"
"I'm in B, we aren't sitting next to eachother."
"Wait, which row?"
"Three."
"I'm in five, what the heck? We're not even close I'm two rows behind you."
"This should be interesting."
