I can be Your Cinderella. Part 4: The 'Charm' has it's flaws.

I made myself over. Even though I wasn't really ready for a relationship since I just discovered boys. I always thought of them as a distraction to my work.

I did everything I did I could to just make myself over and it worked like a charm! Every single boy you know, Elijah, Joshua, Frank, Adam Ross, Kendell, etc. But every boy except Adam Xiao approached me.

I thought it would work like a charm on him. Though our total effort was not a fail our current goal was. But after that I figured that everyone would catch up with me and accept me into the popular crew. Adam would eventually catch on.

As I predicted, flawlessly Adam caught on on the same day and time as I planned. I am great at math so that sort of thing is what you can count on me for.

As I was accepted into the popular group I noticed something strange. Adam wasn't loving me as usual. I mean, he wasn't goo-goo eyed over me as all the boys were over Sophie, but he acknowledged me. He looked in my direction and smiled and nodded but now it was an occasional glance and a sad face.

After school I called Auburn up and told her the news. I came over to her house and she told me this was apart of the plan. She told me she had everything planned out and he was pretending not to notice me but in his heart he was day dreaming endlessly about me. I tried hard to believe that but my logic side took over.

I knew no one really does that without showing freak-out-signs-of-love. I carefully studied them and he no longer showed them. I wondered what I did wrong.
