The night rolled over to the morning and the moon left it's beloved place in the sky, to let the sun shine. Outside Noah's window, the birds chirped and the wind lightly whistled. You opened your eyes  and felt the familiar  pain return to your head. The pounding rhythmic beat, that seemed to replicate that of a person's heart beat.  Soon, however you started to reconcile the events of the previous night, the hard drinking that lead to a drunken  phone call, you roughly getting sick into your ex's trash can, and how kindly he took care of you. Even after  everything that had happened between the both of you. Getting lost in wondering why he had done what he did. Keeping you out of all the trouble you could've gotten yourself into, making sure you were comfortable and giving you somewhere to crash for the night. He woke up and looked you in the eyes, when you realized you were both still intertwined with one another.

He untangled from you and slid over to, what was supposed to be his side of his  bed. Smiling at you and you smiling back. There was love in his eyes once again, just as there was every time he looked at you two years ago. You had missed that look deeply after you broke up, seeing it again made your heart almost burst.  You grabbed your phone and looked at the time. 10:30. Good, you still had time to change and leave without Noah's dad knowing what happened.

Noah got up and left the room. Laying there, you checked the messages on your phone. 23. Just from your friends. Just things like 'Hey, how's it going, with Mr. Sexy' and 'Come back a virgin' You laughed and ignored the texts, because knowing them, not a  single one of them knows they sent the messages, given the state each one of them was when you left.

Noah walked back in, with your clothes folded and clean, the liquor smell now gone. "Here." He handed them to you and smiled. As you took them to the bathroom to change, he changed also. You didn't want to change, however. You enjoyed his smell and you liked it even more when it was on you, but you changed anyway. When you walked in, he was in a new pair of sweatpants and a simple tee-shirt, with "2012 PVBSL Champions' written in the front. It was a shirt he and the rest of his team got for winning League championships. He also had more tylonol and a glass of water, ready for you.

You smiled at him and took the pills. "Thanks" you said handing him the cup back. He took it and placed it on the table next to his bed. He steps closer to you, placing his  hands on you hips. "Be honest, how much do you remember me saying to you?" He asked. All of it, you remembered all of it, ever heart filled word he said to you, while you both laid there. you remembered the way he looked at you and the way he sounded. "Everything" you replied. "I remember it all."

Immediately after giving him your reply, you felt his soft lips against yours. Leaning in, you kissed him back and closed your eyes, feeling his body pressed against yours.
