If I Only Knew.

Chapter 2.

It was Thursday morning, one more day of school and were off to a whole new state. My mom dropped my off at school due to the fact that we were both running late. I arrived at school and ran towards the entrance. I knew they would lock the doors till 7:00 a.m. I went to my locker once I had step in through the doors. As I open my locker and gotten my books I saw my best friend (Veronica) approaching towards me. I had already told her that I was moving to Inglewood, California. When I told her she was devastated. Her heart shattered into pieces like broken glass. I felt the pain running through my chest real quick. I've never felt like this before, but I guess it was time we both felt the same pain.

(V- Veronica M- Me)

V- Hey Nette! :D

M- Hey V., how's it going ?

V- Bad ! :(

M- Why? Who's talking crap? I'll go and bet them up for you. mhmm are you going to tell me? mhmm Vero (her nickname) ?

V- No, no ones talking crap Nette chill girl chill !

M- Then what is it then Vero cause your really worrying me.

V- I'm really going to miss you, my best friend that I had since we were born from having each other back's till now not having each other's now. We have done everything together and now were not.

At that moment I felt the pain in my chest already coming out real quick. In a few seconds, I never thought that would be the day to say goodbye to each other. I won't be able to see her, until who knows when. The real thing is that I'm greatful that I have her in my life. Without her, I'm nothing. I know that I can count on her for anything. Which I'm very proud of.

*Bell Rings*

Me and V, went our separate ways. I was quiet the whole day. Hearing those words that she said to me over and over "I'M GOING TO MISS YOU !" went through my head. That made me think on what too do. I wish I would stay here in my home town, but it was done once in for all. One thing for sure is that, I would come back and cherish the memories we had.
