If I Only Knew.

Chapter 5

* 1 month later *

My mom and I had everything organized since we have gotten here. Since we have arrived here it's been a quiet of different compare back at home. We both wanted to have some mom and daughter time so we had decided to go to the mall just to get some more things for the house and some new clothes for school and supplies also, then out to eat. We decided to got to the Grove mall.

When we were in our car I started blasting my music knowing that my mom would start singing and jamming toward every song that is playing on. But mostly Banda Music is what lighten's up our day ( Julión Alvarez, Espinoza Paz, Gerardo Ortiz,etc.) we manage on having fun with each other no matter way happens.

Once we had arrived there we went to this store that sells house materials it was okay, but knowing my mom she's takes forever cause she wants everything to match the house and it's fine, but man. Once she had finished on buying some things for the store i saw Forever 21 across from it i told my mom that I'll be in there if you need me while she went to this other store that really didn't catch my attention, but anyways I started to walk in and began to look around as I was looking I been notice that some guy about 5'8 or 6'0 ft. Tall wearing  a black t-shirt with a design on it with grey sweat shorts underneath with black tights and his black yeezys. It was a nice outfit.

 I really didn't pay attention toward him so I just minded my business, as I continued on looking and grabbing clothes that had looked cute I went to the dressing room to try on the clothes as each one of them is being tried on I had decided to take black jeans that is ripped from the knee length with a maroon crop top t-shirt and a navy with white stripes crop top t-shirt.

I got all of my things and started to open the door so that the next person can go in as I step out the door I "SOME HOW" bump in to someone that had made me trip over my own shoestrings I lay on the floor for a minutes everyone started to gather around to see what had happened the guy who had BUMPED into me told me if I was okay and so I had nodded he had layout his had out so he could help me get up I reached out my hand and placed it on his, my head was looking down trying to make sure that I had everything with me as I began to get up.

I slowly began to moved up my head when I saw the guy that had kept on looking at me in front of me I stood there for for a few minutes looking at him in his eyes while I was still holding on to his hand. Then more and more people come and ask me questions saying if I was okay. As everyone kept on telling me or even making sure if I was okay. I was normally too focus on him then worrying if I was fine or not. Then a few minutes later I heard my mom yell from behind.

"NETTE, MIJA ARE YOU OKAY??"- my mom yelled.

Nette's Mom POV:

  Nette wanted to go to Forever 21 so I told her that is was fine, I went to this store that was across to the store that Nette went to I was looking around found some really cute item's for the new house that I had decided to get as I was looking at a wall picture. A lady like about almost my age had commented on the picture that I was looking at I had turned toward and started to make a conversation with her we had kept talking for a few minutes trying to get to know each other more till she had to leave. "Well it was nice to talk and meet you, maybe you would like to come over to my house and have a little hang out where I can introduce you my 4 children and my husband as well." -she said in a polite tone of voice.

"It was my pressure to get to know each other while we had a chance, and I would love to meet your family someday. I would also like you and your family meet my daughter as well so they could all hang out someday you know." -I said.

"Sounds like a plan then, here's my number (000)123-4567 so we could call each other  someday and could make some plans."-  She exclaimed.

"Okay thank you and here's my number just incase you just want to call me."- I said while I  was giving her a my phone number.

"Okay well it was really nice to meet you can't wait to hang out... ill see you soon then I hope. oh sorry I forgot to tell you from the beginning my name is Alejandra Gomez."- she said in a hurry.

"Oh I cant either ill see you soon then oh and I mines is Leticia Hernandez."- I said while she was getting her stuff ready and so was I.

 After the talk I had decided that I should start getting ready to leave and go find Nette. I go to the cash register and start to pay I get my things then head to the store where Nette was at I walk  in till I had seen a huge mass mob right by the changing room. I instantly began to worry i didn't see Nette due to the mass of people there was. I go up to one of the employees to ask what happened till the he had explained what had happened "Some young teen age girl had fell and had taken a hard fell that's all that i know sorry mam."  I began to worry even more i started to go up and see if it was Nette that had gotten hurt or not. As i had gotten closer i had realized that it was her i began to push people and try to get to my daughter, i had made my way threw and yelled "MIJA, ARE YOU OKAY? Do you want me to call the ambulance for them to check you up."   

Nette's POV:

"No mom you don't need to call an ambulance I'm fine you don't need to worry I'm find really i I'm okay trust me."- i said while i had place my hand on her shoulder. My mom is very protective and a very loving mom she had me at age 16 now i know its a pretty young age, but I'm glad she been able to keep me while not having any support from her parents i know that she will love me with all of her heart like i would even though its just us two together here, but will make it through it no matter what happens.

I turned around to get my things, but once i had turned around the guy that i had seen had left i looked around to see if he was still around but no sign of him. I began to realize that once you see a guy at first sight you only have that one chance. It sucks that i didn't get chance to ask him what was his name or if i would get a chance to ever see him one more time.

I go walk to the register and pay for the things that i had gotten the employee (Trainee) ask me if i was okay and i nodded my head up and down. I saw that my mom was on the other side looking at things while she was waiting for me to pay as i was standing there while she was scanning my belongings i had told her if she had seen a guy like about few inches taller then me, wearing a black t-shirt with a design on it with grey sweat shorts underneath with black tights and black yeezy's.  She replied and said "No sorry i haven't i seen a lot of guys wearing those type of clothes sorry, but is that guy your boyfriend or something?" -She tells me. But i told her "No its just some friend we go way back." " Oh well i hope you find him soon." -she said while she was handing me the buy while i gave her my money. "Me too?!"- I said in my head

After that my mom and I were walking around while we were looking on what store we wanted to go in next. Every step that I was taking is reminding me on the guy that was at the store, him standing there in front of me while were both holding hands and staring into each other's eye's one of the best moments that i could ever have specially because of the fact that over in my old place i had never met a guy that would ever hold my hand for the longest time while staring into each others eye's  and i thought that was fantasy talking, but wont you want to believe that.

If i only knew i would get another chance with him or see him. Ugh.
