A very important key to having a strong relationship is dealing with your past. It's a touchy subject, but a must if you want a healthy future. I touched a little on counseling and how it was a healthy step in building a stronger foundation in your relationship in the last couple of chapters. Relationship counseling not only strengthens your relationship, but it helps you deal with your past and things that might cause you insecurities, anxieties, and issues that you carried out of childhood that could be causing negativity in your relationship and life.

Relationship councling can start a healing process and for present situations in your relationship as well. Matters of cheating, forgiveness, and even premarital counseling if you and your significant other are planning for silver and white wedding bells.

Many people decide to get relationship councling, premarital counseling, and marriage councling to help start building a healthy foundation. All three are essential to a relationship and a plus to both parties. A great way of communication, trust, and listening to one another. It's hard and can be a struggle, but with each others support and understanding you can see through hard times like this. Sometime an unbais party can help you see other view of our partners point they are trying to express. Sometimes hearing our concerns from one another can come off like nagging or complaining. We all have different love languages. Another important detail we have to recognize and understand.

Everyone needs councling, we've been through a lot in our lives and need an outlet sometimes. People hold on to pain and hurt inside and never heal properly. They carry the burden of all that inside and it turns into hatred, fear, heartbreak, lies, bad relationships, bad marriages, trust issues, hidden feelings, and so much more. Then you have a damaged relationship you are stuck in and more healing on top of more damaged emotions. Your intentions of finding and being happy shouldn't be in a person, it should be within yourself and your journey of self love. Know what makes YOU happy and find it in yourself. You start with your happiness.
