I sat in my bed staring blankly at the wall as usual. One of my dogs passed away and I haven't really been in the mood to do anything. I wouldn't go down to eat, I rarely talked, and I didn't even respond to my best-friend, Jullian.
It's Saturday night and Jullian had texted me earlier saying if I wanted to go to a party with him but I denied. He said it would do me good to get out but I didn't listen to him. It was already 11:40pm and I thought I might as well go to sleep instead of sitting here doing nothing.
I was slowly falling asleep when I got a call, weird. It was Jullian. I was tired but I answered anyways. " What do you want? " I said. " Fine if you want I will just hang up, " he said in a pretend hurt voice. " No I'm kidding so why'd you call so late? " " Just come outside, " he said with excitement in his voice. " Whyyyyyy, it's too late! " " Just do it. " " Fine! " I said finally giving in.
I walked to the front door groggily. I opened it and couldn't believe what was right in front of me. Jullian was there in a lazy outfit and I'm not going to lie, he looked hot. I always had a crush on him but I would never tell him. He was there with a puppy in a basket in his arms. I was so happy words couldn't express how I felt. " Jullian, what, how, why did you do this? " " I figured you needed some company after the "incident" happened, " he said making air quotes .
" I didn't like seeing you sad and alone so here we are. " " Jullian thank you, a lot. It makes me happy to know you care, " I said looking at him in the eyes. " You know I will do whatever it takes to make you smile. " We hugged and he gave me a kiss on the cheek. I swear he makes my day. I just wish he knew how I felt about him.
" Do you want to spend the night? You can help me get the puppy settled in? "
" I might as well! " he said laughing and taking my hand walking into my house with me following straight behind. As we were walking I thought why he was being so sweet to me🤔??????
We got the puppy settled into my room and we decided to have a movie night. During all the movies Jullian was really close to me. We cuddled and he held my hand the whole time, but I wasn't complaining😂.
During a funny movie he kept looking at me so I looked at him too. " You're beautiful you know that? " I just blushed and looked down. He grabbed my chin and made me look at him.
Jullian's P.o.v.
This is it I'm going to tell her how I feel, I just hope I don't make a complete fool of myself. " Okay so I've known you for a long time but ever since I met you I've been keeping a secret from you. " " What it is?! " she says getting excited. I laugh at her cuteness and say, " I know I've only ever been your best friend but I've liked you ever since I met you and I was wondering if you would like to be my girlfriend? "
" I've felt the same way ever since I met you too! And Yes, I would love to be your girlfriend. " she gives me a peck on the cheek and I blush just admiring her beautiful features. I was finally with the girl of my dreams❤️.

I can't believe he liked me all this time. Now I am finally with someone who I love and is the guy of my dreams💖.
