(Choe's PoV)

Not even thrity minutes after she fell asleep, she began tossing and turning and mumbling things in her sleep. Another two minutes later, it got worse and I grabbed her from her bed and set her in my lap. It wasn't long until she stirred from her sleep and looked at me tiredly.

"What happened?"

"You were tossing and turning in your sleep and it was worrying me." I replied calmly.

She gave me a smile. "Thank you for worrying Choe-kun."

I had to smile back. She looked so cute and happy right now, it was impossible to keep a straight face. "What were you dreaming that was so bad?"

She made a face. "I was training in the Hidden Mist with the Mizukage so I could control my water chakra nature. She made me do the weirdest and scariest things that I readlly don't want to go into detail about."

"I won't badger. But did you go everywhere to learn to control all the chakra natures?"

"Not everywhere. Kakashi and Asuma helped me out with Lightning and Wind, But I did go to the Sand Villiage to further control Wind nature and I went to the Hidden Cloud to train under the Raikage and his brother."

"So you went everywhere." She nodded. "How did you keep in contact with your daughter?"

She looked down at her hands. "This was before Amara was born. Orochimaru killed two before Amara was born."

"What about that Naruto boy that was your god kid?"

I saw her smile come back. "I always sent two messages by messenger frogs a day to see how he was doing. Of course, he couldn't read then, so the Hokage always had to read to him and write the letters in Naruto's own words and secretly added things that he didn't tell me." She looked at the ceiling, giggling slightly. "It was funny. With Naruto being two years old, he always told me a giant bowl of vegitables chased him in his sleep."

I laughed with her. That boy seemed to have a very imaginative mind when he was young. "Sound like he loves you a lot."

"I was the closest thing to a big sister back then. He never knew his parents, nor did he ever see a picture of both of them. "Every day I was away from Konoha, the guiltier I felt about leaving Naruto alone. So many people hated him because of what was sealed inside him. They didn't see him as the hero of the villiage as I have."

"He was shunned." I stated simply.

"Exactly. Everyone hated him because of what was sealed inside him as an infant. They didn't realize that if the Nine Tailed Fox wasn't sealed inside Naruto all those years ago, then no one would have been left alive."

"Then they were stupid."

She layed her head on my chest and started falling asleep. "Possibly, but then again.... I was helping to protect those very people."

"Why?"

"I am and forever will be a Konoha kunoichi. And with that title, I protect everyone in Konoha," she yawned loudly. "Even if they were complete assholes." She fell asleep a few moments after that and I was left to my thoughts.

When sleep finally started taking over, I asked out loud, "Then why did she sound so sad?"

(Next Day (Tsuyu's PoV))

I woke up feeling stiff and sad. I was stiff because I slept in a weird position, and I was sad because I felt that someone close to me died. I quietly got out of Choe's lap and got ready for the day. Just as I was about to enter the shower, I heard a loud thud and a bunch of yelling. Thinking nothing of it, I put some clothes on and went to see what was going on.
