It's rather dark... Darker than I remember when I fell...
Is it night time? No... It can't be. I'm sure I fell just several minutes ago and it was still mid-day...
What is this place anyway? It gives me the chills...
A quick glance around the area showed the faint outline of stone covering the entire area, walls and flooring created by nothing but stone. Small and dim lights were shining down upon a human child and though the small hole in the ceiling seemed bright, the lights that traveled down would fade more and more. Beneath the child was a small grassy patch made of buttercup flowers, but their petal color was slightly faded, only leaving the trace of a pale yellow. The child stood up and dusted themselves off, surprised that they had not had any bones from the long fall with having only a bed of flowers to cushion them. They might of had small cuts and bruises, but nothing that was fatal at the very least. They decided to walk around, looking for a way out when they stumbled into a large archway which led into another small clearing. There was another faint glow that shined from a small crack above and pointed down towards a small grassy spot. Only one flower stood there which was the same as the kinds the human fell on, but this one had eyes and a mouth and seemed to be staring at them.
"Howdy! I'm Flowey the flower. You're the kid that just fell down here in the Underground right? Let's cut to the chase and I'll tell ya whats up here, alright? You better listen up too cause I'm not repeating myself!" Flowey broke into a grin and the human just stared at the flower, not sure what to make of the situation but decided to listen anyway.
"I wouldn't say this place is dangerous, but it isn't completely safe either! They will stalk you from the shadows until you are all alone or weak. Down here, some monsters became shadows and these beings can travel anywhere that there is large portions of shadows. For instance, these Ruins! In this room, there could be plenty of creatures lurking and watching you from the darkest depths. Even if step inside the shadows, you wouldn't be able to feel for anyone unless they used magic to form a body. So I'd be careful if I were you..." Flowey narrowed his eyes as if he could see something within the shadows before looking back at the human and giggled.
"There's one person you should also watch out for too! I won't say who though since I'm sure you'll find out soon enough. I'm sure she already sensed your presence too so you might wanna get a move on! Oh! One last thing..." Flowey closed his eyes for a moment before opening them back up. His face twisted into an evil grin with bloody eyes and sharp teeth coming from his mouth.
"Be careful what you do around here kid... Cause down here... One wrong action, one lie, one sin will make you regret ever falling down here." Flowey let out a crazed laugh before burrowing underneath the ground. The human gulped and shivered at his words before nodding to themselves and continuing forward.
Even though in darkness, there were still some bit of light here and there so they were able to walk along the path even though they did trip over a stone or bumped into a wall a couple of times. There were able to make it through a little spot which had dead leaves sprawled on the ground in a square shape. There was a bright glowing object that floating in the center of the square and something about it gave a warm comforting feeling to them. They decided to walk near it and reached out to the object and once their fingers touched it, their sight was washed away by a blinding light and a gentle voice echoed around them.
"Wanting to find answers about this place... It fills you with Determination..."
Suddenly, the light fades away and was gone. Their body seemed to feel much lighter and the room looked like it got a little brighter too. They shrugged, wondering what had happened before continuing onward. The place was set up with several puzzles, but luckily none of them were too hard. When the human made it to a large dead tree, voices in a hush whisper would echo all around them and hey noticed the room was getting darker and darker.
