------------------------------------

I lie awake at night, wondering what would happen if I wasn't here. If people couldn't use the name Molly Atken in language that forces me to cry myself to sleep at night. Which was currently what I'm doing now. Crying. I flipped on my bedside lamp and trudged to the bathroom. I looked at my curly blonde bed-head and puffy, red eyes, along with my pale face. Maybe I should do it tonight. No one will care. I reached in to the cabinet and pulled out my overused razor, looking at the various cuts and scratches I already have on my arms. I picked a clear spot, and cut just a little deeper than usual. I cut again, this time going deeper. A third time, deeper. Fourth, dangourously deep. I started to feel lightheaded, like I was gonna pass out. I still cut, deeper, until black specks started clouding my vision and my arms went limp, along with the rest of my body. Then I couldn't see, and fell in to an unconcious state.

--

I looked in to her window, making sure she wasn't changing before doing so. I didn't see her in her room, so I checked the bathroom. The blinds weren't shut, so I peeked in and saw her body limp on the floor, a pool of blood around her. I snapped out my phone and quickly called 911. I held my phone up to my cheek and ran around to the front and pulled out the spare key in the soil of the fern hanging from the porch roof. I told the adress of the place and answered the rest of the questions. I ran down the hallway of her house and went in her room. I picked her up from the floor of her bathroom and carried her in her living room. I sat her down on the couch and waited for the ambulance to arrive. I picked her up when I heard the sirens and went outside. The paramedics grabbed her hastily from my hands and put her on the green stretcher. "Would you like to ride with her?" they asked, after they asked me how I knew her. I said I was her boyfriend, even though it's only something I wish. I had answered yes, even though it tortures me to see Molly in this state.

They pushed her stretcher and her in the hospital and led me in. They asked me a few questions, then sent me to sit in the waiting room. I waited patiently, but on the inside I was freaking out and panicking. It's all about false confidence.

About an hour later, The doctor led me to her room. 137. I sat in the uncomfortable chair and listened to Molly's conditions and stuff. "She's passed out from blood loss," he stated solemly, "and she'll be in a coma for an estimated 3 weeks or up. May be longer, may be shorter. We aren't for sure yet" The doctor handed me some paper and walked out of the room. And then it sunk in.

She won't wake up, for a while at least.

I hope she Wakes Up.
