Author's Note: As noted, there is one chapters left, with this one out, it actually rounds it unto zero (0) to go, not counting the Epilogue that definitely makes it into a concluding one (1) more part to come up. Sadly it seems like I've got a packed schedule, but somehow I'll be able to manage. Wish me luck. :) Oh, and yeah, this is a bit short, but meh, I'm just too happy that it's getting better. Happy, happy, happy! :D

PLUS: Listen to "Read all About it (Part III)" by Emeli Sandé, from here album "Our Version of Events" from 2012. It's just so beautiful and I couldn't help busting up my replay button over it. Hope the feelings are mutual.

Recap: Previously on I Kissed a Boy (And I Liked It), everything's shitty. Brandon is held captive by none other than Nick, Bryan's jealous psychotic ex, who is deemed on killing Brandon in order to have Bryan all to himself. Ironically, the only thoughts Bryan has for Nick is how he should rot in hell (though we bet Nick would translate that into a love confession, talk about cray-cray). Rushing to-an-fro in order to rescue his beloved, it appears that he's too late, once Bryan's smacked in the face -- not literally, of course -- with a burning building, and a presumbly burnt dead Brandon. Could this be the tragic end to their love affair? Or is there a shinning hope at the end of the tunnel for these star-struck lovers? Find out, in this last chapter of  I Kissed a Boy (And I Liked It).

The world around was belligerent and full of dull empty sounds. Nothing has been right since the moment Brandon went missing. Everybody thinks I'm going mad, they think I've snapped and lost my mind. But as long as my heart keeps beating for the one I love, it will be sufficient proof that he's out there still, now I've to simply keep my promise and find him.

You might be wondering what happened that horrid night when that warehouse exploded into a sea of burning fire, so I'll try my best to depict every bit of that wretched night. Honestly it's all a bit blurry after I saw the burnt up body being rescued, since I succumed in the shock that I fainted. But once I did come to, I would have rather not.

After the building was cleared and fire free, the firemen traced the fire from a room where a huge old furnace was. The body...that I thought was Brandon came to be Nick's after they did DNA testing and also checked his dental records. He didn't make it, and even though he was totally mental, I don't think anybody deserved to die in such a painful way, although the forensic's said that he was unconscious by the time he burned to death.
