People often say things like "[Insert name here] is under-appreciated!" or "Scott and Mitch have too many solos!". But I honestly feel like all of them are appreciated fairly. In an a capella group, all of the members have to sing at some point. And if, let's say, Avi were to have more solos, someone would have to fill in his bass part(s).
