Chapter 2: I'm Not Alone

The next morning Reptile woked up and ate breakfast, his usual -bacon and sausage. He was thinking about going back to the laboratory and this time walk in instead. He headed out and follow the same path as before. He made it to the entrance. He took a deep breath. He walked in. He was met with a broken door. It was broken as if someone or something forced it open with their bare hands. He walked through the doors and by his surprise of his discovery, he saw a tribe of Zaterrans of many species of all ages. There were mer-saurians (amphibian and saurian hybrid), vegetarian saurians, and horned-saurians. Reptile felt at home but confused, how are these Zaterrans if I look nothing like them, he thought. A few seconds later, the whole tribe looked and crowded him. One of them ran to the top of the third floor of the building and soon a red Zaterran came out of the crowd and walked towards him. "Who are you?" Asked the red Zaterran. "I am Reptile and I am from the realm of Zaterra." The red Zaterran looked and said "the name is red, I am the leader of this tribe, you must be another kind of Zaterran. Are you not?" Replied Red. "I am born Zaterran." Reptile replied back. Red look at the crowd and said "his is a member. This is his new home." Everyone cheered and went back to what they were doing. "Follow me." said Red. Reptile followed him. "How did you know I am good and not dangerousss?" He asked. Red looks at him while they walked. "Zaterrans are not bad, there is only one who is. I can sense your nature." He said. He showed him areas where each species live in, the pond, the fruit trees, and many more. He even showed him where the eggs stay until they hatched. Many baby Zaterrans were playing with each other. "We are not born Zaterrans. We were created by a mean man. He gave us DNA from many other creatures such as bird, fish, rhinos and many more." Red said. Reptile realize that he is not alone anymore. He was happy. He felt bad. They never really seen the real world. "What happen to this place" he asked. "We destroyed it. He left and took his new pet with him." Red replied back. Reptile looked up and saw a room with a red curtain. "What room is that?" Asked Reptile. "That room is off limits unless I'm there. Yuki sleeps there. She is my sister and she is also dangerous if you harm her." Reptile thought to himself, "wasss Yuki the figure that attacked me?" After the tour Red showed him his room. "You will stay here." "Thank you" said Reptile. Red walked off and continued what he was doing. Reptile layed down on a nest like bed and looked out a hole in the wall. He looked in the distance and saw a figure hanging upside down from a tree branch by the tail. Reptile got up and went to check it out.
