Chapter 2.

Lisa's POV
Jesus where is she, she only works down the road! What's taking her so long? "I can't hold my excitement in any longer!" I squealed to the other two hyper girls. "I know me either, I keep looking out of the window but she's not there! You don't think she--" Carla started but was interrupted by a loud scream from Kia, "She's here, finally!". We all ran to the front door to wait for Amy to come through the gate.

Amy's POV
I wonder if they've broken something in the flat, those girls are clumsy so I wouldn't be surprised if they had broken a lamp or something. However I am a little excited for what they're going to tell me, I can't imagine what the 'surprise' is.
Before I knew it I was at our front gate, I looked up to the window and saw the curtains waving at me. The girls have been watching out for me, I giggled as I opened the gate. All of a sudden the front door to my shared flat was flung open with screams coming at me from all different directions. My eyes widen as I was ambushed, rushed inside and then thrown onto the sofa.

"Erm, okay what's going on here then?!" I gave a nervous laugh while looking at Lisa, Carla and Kia who looked like they'd be possessed. "Hellooo?" I leant forward and waved my hands infront of all of the girls faces. The girls suddenly shake thier heads and snap back to reality in unison, "Oh yeah, the surprise!" Kia managed to say, "We're going to London in 2 days and we're going for a month!".
Silence filled the room before I finally reacted. "No. Way." I say calmly before 0.3 seconds later freaking out with the girls. "Wait, hang on a minute, stop!" I stopped jumping and sadness starts to grow over me, "I won't be able to get a month off of work, my boss won't let me. You girls will have to go without me, it'll be okay.. I guess" a tear escapes my eyes but I wipe it away quickly as I didn't want the girls to see me upset. "Shut up Amy, we've spoken to your boss and she's said that you can have the month off but you do have to repay her when we get back aha.. so there's no need to panic!" Carla sat down next to me and reassured me. I snapped my head in Carla's direction, "What do you mean? How?". Carla looked up and smiled at Lisa and Kia before answering, "We just explained why we were going to London.." before she continued she stood up and faced me, "We're going to London because there are loads of singing auditions for groups coming up and we're signed up for all of them!". My jaw dropped to the floor.
Not only were Lisa, Kia and Carla my flat mates, they were also my band mates. We were called Small Talk and we were forever signing ourselves up for singing auditions, they were always for little gigs but we didn't take that for granted.

"You guys are literally the best!" I stood up and encouraged the girls into a group hug. After a few moments Kia wriggled out from in between everyone's arms, "Okay, that's enough hugging for one day.." we all laughed and separated. "Anyway, we've got one more surprise for you". 'Oh my god, what else?' I thought. Lisa stepped towards me and put her hand on my shoulder, "While we are in London we're going to--"
