The sound of heels clicking vibrated through the school halls as Cassidy Elliana Wesley, the popular ' it ' girl entered the school. Her rich, dark brown hair was curled to perfection, bouncing ever so elegantly. She wore an expensive, new cardigan, matching with her plaid nude jeans. Her ornaments shone exquisitely, complimenting her looks. She got a few stares from the students around her, as she strode through the halls of Ohio School of Cambridge Excellence High with her three so-called ' friends '.

Mckenzie Maddison and Janette Natalia Ziore were their names. Maddison was the second most popular in the school, secretly wanting Cassidy's first position. She's popular around the guys, like to flirt. Girls utterly despise her moronic attitude.

Janette— or better known as Jane, held the third place in the popular clique. She usually acts shy and supposedly ' sweet ', but don't get fooled. She's smart and will crush you into a million pieces if you defy her but over all, she's better than Maddison or Cassidy though .

Anyways, back to the story. Cassidy confidentially took strides into the classroom, with her platform white heels. She was violating the dress code, but she couldn't care less. Reputation was way more important for her. She sat down, very prim and properly, and began to talk to her friends. They giggled rather obnoxiously, until a certain person walked in.

Victor and Finn entered the classroom, filling it with their boyish laughs. She felt her cheeks heat up at the sight of Finn. His hair was styled into a quiff, as his brilliant emerald eyes squinted as he laughed merrily.

Cassidy started to stare at him , she couldn't get her eyes off him-- there's just something about him that puts her into a trance . She didn't even notice him sitting down on his seat and waving his hand in front of her face.

" Hellooo?? Cassy? You there? "

She snapped out of her trance as she shrunk in her seat. Dammit, she just embarrassed herself in front of him.

" Great now he thinks i'm an idiot. " She thought to herself. Finn laughed at her cute expression he thought it was the most adorable thing ever .

" Dang Cassy you look — "

his sentence was cut short by the bell , Cassidy was dying to know what he wanted to say but she had no choice but to pay attention to the boring class that just started.

RING - RING - RING

it was finally break time , Cassidy went to the toilet with Maddison and Jane , checking their makeup and making sure their outfits still looked good , until Maddison suddenly brought Finn up, making Cassidy put down her concealer.

" Why are you suddenly talking about Finn? " Cassidy asked, slightly angry.

" Well...since you didn't make any move on Finn can i give it a go? " Maddison questioned with a smirk.

In a second, Cassidy felt absolutely betrayed and angry , all she saw was red , Maddison knew how important Finn was to her and yet she still wants to make a move. Cassidy couldn't even look at her so called friend Maddison, and stormed out of the bathroom living Jane shocked and Maddison victorious.

She went through the day ignoring Maddison and Jane , she felt so betrayed by both of them , Maddison by trying to make a move on the guy she liked for 5 years and Jane for not sticking up for her, not even a peep.

Days eventually went by, Maddison getting more popular than ever. As her wish, Cassidy was shoved to the side and replaced with Maddison. She started to flirt with Finn every time Cassidy walked by. Finn surprisingly flirted back, oblivious to what was happening, and Cassidy's feelings for him. Her heart was shattering little by little, as she grew the feeling of dislike towards him.

Until one day she wanted to get back at that bitch , she was determined to get back everything she once had , her popularity , her reputation and her crush . She was ready to win a fight with her and she wasn't backing down . The next day , she was dressed to perfection , amazing loose curled hair , flawless tan skin , and the most magnificent simple baby blue dress with a hearted cut back that stops just right at her knees and baby blue heels to match and gold heart chain necklace to finish the outfit.

She came to school with her head up high , her back straight , her hair flowing , and walking as gracefully as she can , just how she looked and walked she made every boy want her including Finn. He was mesmerized of her beauty , ' This isn't the Cassidy i know since kindergarten , she's changed... Maybe for the better. '

Well, he thought wrong. She shot him a cold look as she walked right past him. Finn was rather baffled at Cassidy's behavior. Had he done something wrong? Finn sighed as he dumped his chemistry book in his locker. Maybe they just needed to talk it out? Yeah, that's probably it.

Talk it out? Yeah, like that's gonna work. Even though Cassidy likes Finn, she still couldn't forgive him for hurting her feelings, even if it is unintentional. Cassidy kept her head high and marched through the sea of people, earning looks and even wolf whistles. But of course, where there's people, there's Maddison.

" Hey there Cass! Nice outfit " Maddy observed her attire with judgemental eyes. " Even though I think that it would be better off in the dumpster. " Maddy finished off with a signature smirk plastered on her face. Her new followers laughed at Cassidy, and damn to hell she was pissed. If looks could kill, she would have already murdered them a long time ago.

" Oh my? you really think so? I think with that mouth of yours , you could win a blowjob contest without a doubt. " Cassidy said with the ever so satisfying smirk on her face. Maddison was fuming, in a blink of an eye Maddison was already swinging her hand, ready to slap that smirk right off Cassidy's face.

Cassidy closed her eyes bracing herself for the impact, but then it never happened. She opened her eyes to see what happened , she was surprised to see Finn with an angry face and holding onto Maddison hand , holding her back.

Cassidy was surprised to say the least , especially when Finn suddenly blurted out,

" Don't you dare hurt my Cassidy. " He hissed out at Maddison, making her gulp in fear and scurrying away with her minions.

Cassidy was so touched by the gesture that she unconsciously hugged him , she held him as close as she could , and at her surprise he hugged her right back, which was pretty weird cause they were still in the middle of the halls and everyone was staring at them , but they both couldn't care less they just took comfort in each other's hold .

Cassidy couldn't take it anymore , she kissed Finn with so much passion and love , which he surprisingly returned , they've both waited for this moment since they were in primary school , and they've finally got it .

After a minute or two they both finally stopped kissing and looked into each other's eyes , Finn said the one thing Cassidy's been waiting to hear for years...

" I love you Cassidy... "
