Another boring day at the studio, recording songs for our next album. John and Paul are bickering wether or not to put some lyric in. I'm too bored to even care what those two are doing anymore. The clock buzzes, signalling that the day was over. Thank god, I was dying of boredom in there. George catches up to me just as I begin unlocking my car. "Oi, Ringo. Mind giving me a lift? I left me car at the mechanics and I, um-" I get in the car and open the passenger door from the inside. "Hop in." He quickly gets in, placing his guitar in the back carefully.

Me and George are in this comfortable silence. He's just looking out the window and I'm paying attention to not crashing this car. I decide to break the silence with a question. "Hey, George, have you been very bored lately? Particularly at the studio? Cause' I've been." He shifts around in his seat, unsure of what to answer. "Erm, I've been too busy to get bored. Always trying to make up new riffs and all that." He smiled softly at me, and I just sighed. "I haven't been doing nothing lately and I'm very, very, bored." He just keeps quiet, probably not knowing what to say back.

I drive up to his house, he grabs his guitar and leaves saying a quiet "Thanks for the ride" as he shut the door. I didn't bother to say anything back and just continued my way home. I drove up my car in the garage and parked it there. I went inside my house, where Mo was waiting for me on the couch watching telly. "How was your day at the studio?" She asked, quickly switching the TV off. I replied with a sigh and she gave me a sad look. "Aw, Ritchie. It's okay." She says, walking towards me and then hugging me from behind. "Maybe it'll get better if I make dinner?" I turn around and kiss her on the cheek. She always knows how to cheer me up.

Later That Evening

I tucked in beside Mo, who was reading a book. "Goodnight Ritchie. It'll get better." She says, giving me a soft peck in the nose. I smiled and replied with, "Tomorrow never knows."
