Chapter 7

[Alex's POV]

Beep beep beep.
It was the terrifying sound of my alarm .I stopped it and went to have shower,after the shower I got dressed with a white v neck t-shirt and my black jeans.I went straight to the kitchen to eat something because I woke up at the right time..weird I always wake up late.I saw some pancakes on the counter,obviously Blanca our maid made them.I sat down and ate,then I got up and went to school.Thanks God I didn't see my so called father.

*Lunch*

The first two classes I had PE and I don't know why I even went.It's lunch time.I just remembered I have to meet up with Nina after school.
Nina.
I searched the cafeteria and I saw her laughing with her friends.She is truly beautiful .She had the whole package the eyes,hair,teeth everything about her is beautiful.
Wooaah what the hell has gotten up to me.
"Hey,Alex.Back to earth please."Daniel said.
"Sup?"I asked.
"Do you wanna drop these few hours left?"
"Yeaah.But we need to be here after school."I said.
"Why?"
"Because I have a project to do too."I stated the obvious.Then Tiffany sat on my lap.
"Hey babe.Wanna go somewhere more..private?"She said seductively and started to kiss my neck.
"Can't do."I pushed her away and stood up.
"Come on,mate." I said in a british accent to Daniel. He made a disgusted face.
"Don't talk like that,please."
I laughed a little bit and made my way to go out of cafeteria.While I was walking I saw Nina give me a small look and looked away immediately.

[Nina's POV]

I saw him get out.I don't care.And so I keep lying myself.

The few hours that left I had Bio,Spanish and PE.I had bio and Spanish with Hannah and PE with Jake.

*After school*
"Are you sure you will wait for him?Do you want us to wait with you?" Jake asked me.
"No it's okay really,he'll be here in a bit.You two need to go."
"Okay baby,call us if you need anything."Hannah hugged me and so did Jake and they went.
I waited like 15 minutes or more until he showed up.
"Where the hell were you?I waited 15 minutes or more."I asked kinda angry.
"Chill.I was with Daniel,that's why I was late." I don't care.Ughh.
"Let's just get it over with.Let's go to the park nearby."I said.It was like 10 minutes away.
"Sure."
Those 10 minutes were really silent.
We saw a bench and it had a table,you know those tables made out of woods.

It has been 1 hour since we were here.For any reason I felt comfortable with him.It felt like I knew him since always.I took this paper I printed from internet.
"World War II also known as the Second World War, was a global war that lasted from 1939 to 1945, although related conflicts began earlier. It involved the vast majority of the world's nations—including all of the great powers—eventually forming two opposing military alliances: the Allies and the Axis."I started to read until I felt his eyes on me.
"What?" I kinda smiled.
"Nothing,sorry."He looked away.
"You should find some stuff to write too."
"I will."He kinda spat at me.What the hell is up with the idiot,one time he is normal the next he is the biggest asshole in the world.
"Oh get over yourself." I said kinda angry and packed my things.
"Where are you going?"He stood up and grabbed my hand and I removed my hand immediately.
"First don't touch me and second see you tomorrow.I hope you won't be changing personalities tomorrow." I said as I walked away.He took his things and came after me.
"Hey..wait a second."I stopped and turned.He used his ability to walk faster because he was that near me that our chests were almost touching.I could smell his cologne mixed with a little smell of cigarette.We just stood like that for a minute until I backed up.
"What?"I asked.
"Look,I'm sorry.Let me at least send you home." It was getting kinda late,sooo why not?
"Umm..yeah sure."
"Great." He said and I followed him to his car.Wooaaaah his car tho.It was a Porsche I think,I don't really know these stuff but wwwow.

*In front of Nina's home*

The car ride was silent.I could hear our heart beats beating fast. I was about to get out of the car until..
"Um..Nina.Can you just hear me for a sec."
"Uh sure."

[Alex's POV]

"Uh sure."
She looked into my eyes.
"Look I wanna apologize for.." Rejecting you as a mate."..for earlier,I will make it up to you tomorrow."
"I know it's hard for both of us right now.Just this project and don't worry we will not have any contact anymore." She smiled.It was a hurt smile.
"Anyways thanks for the ride."And so she got up and went home.
Dammit.I started to hit the steering wheel.
I went home.
I opened the door and Blanca showed up.She was like the mother I never had.
I hugged her.
"Hola Alex,where were you?"She asked in a spanish accent.
"Out.I had a project to do."
"Ohhh.With who??"She started to wiggle her eyebrows.
"Stopp it ahahahah.No one important."
"Okay chico now go have a shower,because you stink."I laughed.
As I was walking upstairs I stopped
"Blanca."
"Si mi hijo?"
"Is..he here?"
"No."She smiled"Now goodnight.It's late and you need sleep."
"Night."
