For all you JROTC kids out there, this ones for you.
Don't brag that your a PFC to non-cadets, and when/if you get called a loser for being in JROTC, just remember you have a meet and get to miss school for three days and they're stuck in maths.
The key to ranking up:
-If your class leader isn't in the room, TAKE CHARGE!
-Learn your cadet creed as quickly as possible to impress your AI and SAI.
-Recruitment is key, recruit and never give up.
-Join drill and/or raiders.
-NEVER skip a uniform day, its vital.
-Don't be afraid of the about faces, or the rifle.
-DO NOT back talk your SAI/AI and/or class leaders, no higher ranking officers.
-ALWAYS call your cadet officers by the proper titles.
For you non-cadets, get used to your new cadet friends to be loud. JROTC kids quickly get into the habit of walking in step with others and doing push-ups. You're gonna have to get used to hearing about what happened in drill and why Major whoever is the laughing stalk of exhibition now.
And for any ARMY JROTC cadets, here's your creed babies:
I am an army junior ROTC cadet,
I will always conduct myself to bring credit to my family, country, school, and the corps of cadets
I am loyal and patriotic.
I am the future of the United States of America.
I do not lie, cheat, or steal, and will always be accountable for my actions and deeds
I will always practice good citizenship and patriotism
I will work hard to improve my mind and strengthen my body
I will seek the mantel of leadership and stand prepared to uphold the constitution of the American way of life.
May got grant me the strength to always live by this creed.
