Imagine: You and Zayn are at the hospital because you are getting a heart transplant. "I'm so nervous." You say. "Don't be. You're gonna pull through this, I know that for a fact." You kiss him and go into operation. You come out successful and run to tell Zayn but he's not there. You find a little teddy bear with a card. "Hay babe. Sorry I could't be there for your operation.
