Day Two-Maybe later

The next day was boring, it all started in science class. Jay and Sky were waiting outside to be brought in the school. You see, Jay and Sky weren't always so close. They both met in third grade. The first time they laid eyes on each other was... HORRIBLE. They hated each other, they were both complete douches to each other because they never got along. But in fourth grade, they started talking to each other, they started to communicate. It was beautiful. The bell finally rang. Both students walk towards science class when... BOOM. Two younger kids were running around the school, one carrying a note. "Give it back! You idiot, give it back!" One bumps in to Sky which makes him fall down, "Jerks!" "Wow, I didn't know you were so weak." Jay said with a chuckle. "Shut up," Sky responded with no other comeback. As they entered through the door, their teacher Nguyen Varetta. Originally from Vietnam, she had a speedy accent. "Today we will talk about the majestic yet extinct short-necked giraffe." "Ugh, Mrs. Varetta, why do we have to learn about an animal that is already extinct?" Sky wondered. "Because Mister Hamata,  short necked- giraffes show the amazing process of selective breeding."Jay rolled his eyes.  "Anything you would like to add Mr. Tanaka?" "Yes Mrs. Varetta," Jay said with his normal sarcasm. "I think what Sky was trying to say is, 'why did the short-necked giraffe die, but the longed necked giraffes thrive?" "Well then," Mrs. Varetta continued. "You are so good at lying it scares me," said Sky. Both made a small laugh before facing Mrs. Varetta. After that was lunch time. The worst and best time of day. It was only the worst because it allowed Rin San to talk freely. Jay was on his phone on Meme Center.  Sky was trying to eat a salad while being bugged by Rin San, "So Sky, what do you like most about me?" 

"Your eyes," Sky replied. "Why?" Rin replied curiously. "Because they can't talk." "Oooooooooooooooooooooh, get roasted Raisin!" yelled Jay, with absolutely no regret. "My name sounds nothing like Raisin." "Um, okay. She is so annoying, like why can't she just get her own life?" Rin San runs away crying. "Did you really have to say that?" asked Sky. "She deserved it." Sky looks back at Rin San.  "I'm going to talk to her," "Save your breath!" yelled Jay as Sky walked away. Sky found Rin San on a table by herself crying. "Hey Rin San, sorry Jay is such an idiot," said Sky with sympathy. Sky sat down next to the now bawling Rin San. "Why... does he... have to... be so mean." Sky knew that this wasn't the first time. Rin San can be annoying. But Sky knew that was no reason to roast her all the time. No matter how easy it was.  Sky spent the rest of the day with Rin San.
