There I was. Sitting on the road. Scared. A big truck coming straigh towards me. Is this really how I die? As a street cat. How pathetic...

I closed my eyes. There was no way to get out alive. I waited couple seconds. Ten seconds passed. After a while I opened my eyes. Did I die? Suddenly I see a raven haired man sitting In front of me. I hissed at him to back away and showed my claws. "Whoa... take it easy, brat. I'm not dangerous. I'll help you.", he said calmly. He was beautifull when I really looked at him. Like an angel. I was scared, but I pulled back my claws and calmed down a bit. "Can I check your injuries?", the angel asked moving his hand towards my cheek. I pressed my head to his hand and a silent purr escaped from my throat. I blushed. He smiled,"That's cute." He started checking my head and my neck. "You have couple scratches here. What's your name?", he asked. I stayed silent for a while. Is it safe to tell? "It's... It's Eren.", I finally tell. He smiles,"Well, Eren. Would you let me take you to my place to make sure your wounds get well treated? You are a street cat if I'm not mistaken. So you can't treat those well yourself." I get nearvous thinking about that. I can't trust someone I just met. A human on top of everything! He doesn't seem like a bad person. He seems nice. But still... "Fine...", I quietly awnser. He smiles and stands up. He... he is... so short. Even shorter then me. I smile and giggle. He's cute. He looks at me. I blush, "It's nothing." He gives me a hand, "Can you stand up?" I take his hand. I get up, but get dizzy. I almost fall but the angel pulls me back up. He helps me to get inside of his car. I sit down and see him walking to the truck driver. I can hear parts from the conversation, "No, he's fine. I'll take care of it. Just try to be more carefull from now on." Then he comes back to the car and starts driving. Everything seems normal now. "Thank god, no one called the police.", he signs. "Police? The people with weird lights on their cars?" I ask tilting my head. "Yea those. Are you ok?", he smiles. I nod and look at my feet. They are dirty. A depressing look can be seen in my face. "Let's take a bath when we get home.", the angel smiles at me again. A bath? I start thinking. I've heard that somewhere. I tilt my head. He chuckles, "I'll show when we get home." I look at the sky. It's a pitch black saturday night. It's raining. It kinda reminds me of my mother. The thought of my mother makes me sad.
