Well, I still do kick and punch my kouhai, and honestly some people in my year, but I don't send them to the infirmary because I just have to remember that I'll need them for something later on. Whether it be to play in a volleyball game, or to do me favors, I let them stay out of the nurses office. If you can't get them to do favors for you, remind them how hard you kick, and ask again. It has a 98% chance of success. If it doesn't, you'll have to use the good old barter system. So yeah, kouhai can be very important, so I try to kick them hard, but just hard enough to not send to the infirmary, keeping in mind that I might need them.
