On June 15th, 1928, Sadie Henry was born in Chicago, Illinois. Her parents had hopes for their only child, Sadie, and expected much from her as she grew. They wanted her to be famous, and well known through out the United States. They wished for her to be an actor, traveling across America in plays and musicals, in the best and well-known theaters. She would be an American icon.
